The staff were lovely and extremely helpful throughout our stay
Pros:

The rooms are very spacious

Cons:

The family in the upstairs room were very noisy , the child was jumping from bed to bed from 6am in the morning

Very welcoming, comfortable, clean, dog friendly. Leisure facilities excellent. Breakfast was faultless.

Cons:

We couldn't get the television or telephone to work. We didn't report it until check out and was told it may have been disconnected by housekeeping, so it was probably an easy fix if we had reported it.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly and I felt comfortable as a lone female traveller

On checkin the member of staff was very friendly and pleasant. Rooms really nice and large, shower was powerful and hot!

Several things broken in the room, lights, flush, tv aerial
Menu had several things in that they didn’t sell
Two rooms booked for a family and put on different floors and at either ends of the hotel

Was lovely and clean but very busy public leisure club.
Pros:

How it was dog friendly and our room got cleaned and when we came back it was immaculate!!! 10-10 cleaner…

Cons:

The rude guy that checked us in, but the rest of staff where lovely but the guy that checked us in wasn’t very welcoming. A short long haired shabby looking guy. Really wasn’t impressed with his customer service. Doesn’t hurt to break a smile mate.
