Okay on parts but pool area etc in desperate need of a deep clean.

Location & size of the rooms & bathroom

Cons:

Spa and pool very tired - changing room & toilets were filthy- rubbish lying around on floor, toilets needing a good clean etc. Reported it to a member of staff but obviously not interested. Don’t know if this was a one off or regular occurrence- but a failure of management

Limited choices in food with a number of items unavailable

Sound insulation in bedrooms could be better - kept awake by a continuous bleeping noise from a near by bedroom. Could also hear next door bathroom when it was in use - not very nice! Should point out I do have very good hearing!

A wonderful relaxing break.
Pros:

The bed was super comfy, really soft and a warm duvet. The shower room was superb, the power of the shower was excellent and the toiletries were luxurious. Breakfast was a hot buffet, or a continental offering, absolutely delicious, well topped up and laid out beautifully. The swimming pool and spa facilities were an added bonus and free to use for the duration of our stay. I'd book again.

Cons:

Pillow liners would have been nice.

Cons:

Rooms are run down and needing tlc. First room had a big wet damp patch so we then got moved to another room which was ok, needs upgrading
