Fantastic value for money over the kids October holidays.
Pros:

Welcoming, friendly staff, leisure facilities were great, restaurant for breakfast had a lovely selection too.

Cons:

Maintenance being done in carpark which restricted the number of parking spaces close to reception.
Bathrooms in main facilities could be modernised.

Pros:

Clean tidy and friendly staff

Cons:

Works being done outside (get that these things happen/ have to be done). Didn’t like the chain preventing outside access on the patio doors. Felt this was a possibly serious safety issue but staff said it wasn’t.

Lovely staff and very comfortable room

Cons:

Not the fault of the hotel but someone decided to hairdry their socks through the night and set off the alarm at 4.45am which marred an otherwise perfect stay

Realy enjoyable and lovely facilities
Pros:

Big rooms and lovely cafe area pool and gym are spotless and very friendly staff

Cons:

Not much left at breakfast even though I was down at 8am all pastries had gone

Lovely staff. Hotel in the middle of nowhere and the mattresses terrible. Good breakfast though!
Pros:

Very friendly staff

Cons:

The bed was a bog standard double and the mattress was terrible. Hardly slept at all. Air con didn't work either and we were too hot
