Very clean and comfortable hotel with good facilities.
How it was dog friendly and our room got cleaned and when we came back it was immaculate!!! 10-10 cleaner…
The rude guy that checked us in, but the rest of staff where lovely but the guy that checked us in wasn’t very welcoming. A short long haired shabby looking guy. Really wasn’t impressed with his customer service. Doesn’t hurt to break a smile mate.
room size
more milk left in the room as I need four sachets per cup
Easy to find , big room
Burnt food 2 nights running and second nights in edit ad pizza black in the bottom and cold as collected tajeaway which was brought out on a plate rather than boxed up. Girl took it was out in a box by which time it and chips wee cold
Very much improved since we last stayed here. Very clean staff were lovely overall excellent stay 😀.
Room was big clean and tidy
Friendly staff. Very accommodating with our dog too. Lovely big comfortable bed. Breakfasts were lovely. Lots of choice. Nice fresh food n lots of it. Very tasty.
Price of drinks at the bar.
The Breakfast was probably the best part of our stay. The staff there was slightly more attentive and the food was alright.
The swimming pool & facilities there was OK. Small but it was free so can't really complain. The staff in the pool/gym were friendly and attentive. It was clean in there. But that's where the cleanliness ends.
Some of the food in the restaurant in the evening was surprisingly better than we expected. Other dishes a little bit questionable.
The night manager was quite understanding with the whole room situation, sadly I think the hotel as a whole is very rundown. The cleaners have a lot to answer for I would say.
I made a booking for 2 adults and 1 child, when we arrived in our room the sofa bed wasn't made up. There was 1 duvet in the cupboard with no cover on it. No pillows. No sheet. After looking around we started to feel disgusted, the carpet hadn't been hoovered, thick with dust and dirt on the skirtings, there was hairs on the bed, the curtains had something black all over them and holes in all the netting. The bathroom sink was disgusting. I just felt dirty being in there. After standing in the Reception for 15mins waiting for the Receptionist to come back, and explaining the issues, she said someone would come up to make up the bed for us. She began to offer me 10-25% off the price of our stay. I told her we didnt want to stay the place was dirty. They then moved us to another room which I think was classed as a suite? Again, dirty, dated, curtains thick with dust the lot. The fold out sofa beds are the most uncomfortable thing ever. Ask for a couple extra duvets to put under the kids if they have to sleep on one. No chance could an adult sleep on there.
The evening bar staff were almost non existent. Waited so long for someone to appear and even then they still ignore you for ages. Very rude.
The walls in bedrooms are paper thin so be prepared to hear whoever is next door even just breathing, let alone snoring.
The views out the windows make you feel like you are in jail. Im unsure what the cleaners actually do there as the rooms are so dirty. Even the hallways are ridiculous.
Very good
Had to look for the coffee
We liked the location of the hotel and the entrance and reception area.
Our room was spacious.
The beds were awful and we did not get good quality sleep. The room was stifling, the air conditioning was not working and therefore not effective. We had to keep the window open all night. The sofa bed had not been made up and we had to do make it ourselves. We had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed as well as towels as there were not enough provided.
The hotel knew the room was booked for 3 adults but provisions were provided for only 2 persons.
Swimming and spa facilities lovely. Rooms clean
Waited over an hour for food. Not great choice on DBB
