Excellent value for money and perfect for our needs. Would certainly stay here again.
Pros:

Large comfortable room, free parking and easy access to the town centre. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

A shame you have to walk along a busy dual carriageway to get into town.

Perfect stay, super clean hotel and the staff were amazing and very friendly.
Pros:

A great location and easy to find. Stayed here with my sister for the weekend and we both remarked on how lovely and spotlessly clean the hotel was. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice from a full english to a continental, i chose continental and there was so much to choose from.
A perfect hotel with super friendly staff, i couldn't have asked for more.

Cons:

The only thing i would say here is, although its not a didn't like, was it would be good if they provided conditioner along with the shampoo and body wash in the bathroom.
Also a couple more large towels would have been good, but apart from that it was all perfect.

Pros:

The room was spacious, lovely and clean. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room along with a hairdryer. The bed was really comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast finished at 10am, but at 9.30 there was nothing left only 2 eggs which were rubbery, with no signs of anything being replenished.

A great stay , amazing breakfast!
Pros:

We loved the location as we could walk to a family event from there.
The hotel was very clean and bed extremely comfortable. Good air conditioning and a very handy fridge.
Female member of staff working in the restaurant at breakfast time was very pleasant and extremely helpful. The breakfast food so good. The best we've had in this country for a long time!

Cons:

Our television wasn't functioning properly we had just four tv stations available to us, none of the main channels like BBC. We asked for help and the person from Reception came up and looked at the remote control and told us that was all that was available. He wasn't able solve our problem.BBC was available in other parts of the hotel.

Ok stay but could be better, for what is charged

Location, staff friendly.

Cons:

Room had several small faults. Safe did not work. AC was poor. Requested a fan. This was exactly the same when I stayed previously.
No lunchtime restaurant only sandwiches.
Breakfast was poorly presented and always had to request items.
There was a surcharge for an omelette?

Ex Mayfair London employee.
Pros:

Been up here a few times, very clean, staff all ok, enjoyed my stay!.

Cons:

Shower in my room was running hot and cold, corner of the car park where you walk into st Helens next to the range store could do with paving or something as it's a bit slippy and Muddy only way into the town centre.
