Clean, big spacious room, bathroom was clean. Bed was very comfy. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean just busy.

Cons:

Breakfast was OK but buffet style was difficult due to mobility difficulties. Not able to have hot drinks and hot food to enjoy at same time, so breakfast was more expensive for less food/quality. Last time we stayed we had table service .

I am currently here on a one night stay, on a Sunday night and have to be up at 6am Monday morning.

There is a party happening in their conference room until midnight which wasn't mentioned upon booking, tonnes of kids running around everywhere screaming, swearing and shouting.

Staff told me “it is what it is” a night porter said “nothing I can do about it” I asked if the hotel would let people know if there is am event happening that would impact getting sleep and they said “no, we dont have to tell you”

As far as I am aware - Excessive, undisclosed late-night noise from a hotel-hosted event is viewed as a failure to provide a fit service.

The music is so loud my room is actually thumping.

If you want to get some sleep and rest, then please stay somewhere else.
