El personal fue muy amable, la atención fue excelente.
El desayuno espectacular. Las instalaciones son de lujo y la ubicación excelente.

שהגענו למלון ביקשו ממני מהקבלה להביא אשראי פיקדון הבאתי אשראי דיירקט ולפני כן שאלתי אותו אם זה תופס רק מסגרת ולא מחייב 500₪. הפקיד מהקבלה אמר שזה רק תופס מסברת לאחר כמה דק ראיתי חיוב באשראי של 500₪. הגעתי לקבלה דיברתי עם מנהלת המלון על כך היא אמרה שהיא תזכה אותי ועד עכשיו לא ראיתי זיכוי!!! זה פשוט חמור שאני מגיעה למלון חוגגת ירח דבש עם בעלי ושלחו לנו לחדר מכתב שכתוב יום הולדת שמח ועוד מחייבים אותי ב500₪. בנוסף, בלילה של יום שישי חדר לידנו עשו מסיבה ושמעו שירים על החלון שלנו. התקשרתי לקבלה אמרו שישלחו איש ביטחון אך הוא לא הגיע ובעלי היה צריך לקום ולדפוק להם בדלת… ממש לא נעים.
חבל שזאת התמורה שלנו לחוויה. אנחנו כל שנה מגיעים למלון ונהנים אך הפעם לא…
