My room not clean

The noise from the kitchen extractor fans. Had to change rooms 3 times and cost an extra £30.

Nice seaview with a small narrow balcony. The staff that I spoke to were friendly and helpful.
The bath was tiny and had almost no legroom between the pan and the bath. The bath tap dripped for several hours after use (kept me awake being a light sleeper) and the bedroom was extremely hot, despite using the plug in fan. The fan guard had to be adjusted as it was catching on the fins, but an easy fix. There was visible long hair in the bath presumably from the previous guests.
The food was nice the first night and a reasonable portion size. However, on the the second night, the portion size was small and bad value for money.
Took over an hour to book in.

The location is great. we got off the ferry at 10 pm, and we walked along prom to hotel. Staff are all polite and kind. Breakfast was nice . Enjoyed drinks and a roast dinner in looky Bar. Beds comfortable. .Went the pool, which is an added bonus . My friend and I would stay again.
As weather was hot, we needed to use the fan button to stop it moving was broken, but it was usable . Just needs updating.
As in previous years it was what i expected.
In previous years the evening meals where exceptional. However this year I was more than disappointed in fact upset ,that we hadn't been told that evening meals would not be available.
Lovely breakfast with a large choice of fresh fruit and cooked breakfast, absolutely lovely staff right through from the cleaners to the restaurant to the reception.
A bit dated in places and tired looking. Showers need improvement
This was our thing time we have stayed at the hotel and we look forward to coming back, it's in good location, our room had sea view, the staff have been loverly great communication on the run up to and during our stay and the food was delishious and plentiful.

Due to the hot temperatures, it was really uncomfortable to sleep. I think they should look into fitting air-conditioning

the overall appearance was rather grubby and in need of refurbishment. The beds and pillows were hard and the room was not - advised not to open the windows as it wasn't safe
