Cons:

We didn't have a toilet for 3 days of our stay as the toilet stopped flushing and we had to use the shower head turn the shower on to get our wee and poo away wasn't pleasant stay at all .
We notified the cleaner on Friday morning and nothing was done about it until Sunday evening.
So would appreciate a refund on whole stay .
I am a good customer with booking.com

An adequate stay.
Pros:

The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food to choose from.

The spa and swimming pool was lovely.

Cons:

The room was much smaller than the one I stayed in on my last visit in December 2025. It was also a little dated and could have done with painting, also I could not open the bedroom widow and the TV channels were muddled which I brought to the attention of Reception but these issues were not addressed.

The hotel is old and tired sadly they need to give it a make over but for what is was it was ok, safe clean and comfy heating needs looking at I would come back
