Pros:

Location was good for us.

Cons:

We stayed at the Hampton in Naples the week before and this property is just so much worse. None of the machines work at the gym, bedding is poor quality, breakfast is worse (one choice of coffee and it was cold). Property needs updating

Stay was alright, but not up to the standards that Hampton typically offers.

Cons:

The food was horrible, had ants in my room and had to move to a smaller room. There was construction going on so the appearance wasn’t as good. Suppose to have received a discount for my inconvenience but was still charged full price.

I wanted a quiet clean room for one night and that's what I got.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. I liked the omelet and blueberry muffin. The coffee was excellent.

Cons:

The potatoes could have been cooked more. They were only luke warm, not hot.

Pros:

The room had a very noisy a unit and it was very damp in the room. The AC unit was full of water , you could hear it in the unit. It kept the room cool but as soon as the unit shut down it got instantly warm. The one pillow was dirty with what seemed to be blood dots on it
