Cons:

Had a water issue and hotel has no water when we returned in the afternoon. No on notified us! After asking about water it returned a couple hours later and brown even after running for 30min. Again not notified water was back or to run! We left

This hotel charged an unauthorized amount to my card.

Poor customer service, I put my card on file for $100 incidentals and they charged me $500 because I blow dried my hair and it set off a vaping detector and front desk Dana accused me and husband of smoking in the room. I tried to explain I was blow drying my hair for a wedding and the room did get smoky because the bathroom did not have ventilation, she didn’t want to hear my explanation and said a blow drier would not set it off and said charges stands as is, not to mention I am 8 weeks pregnant so I won’t be smoking or around smoke in general.

The pool, the gym, the breakfast, dining room and room we were staying in. Staff on both shifts were very nice and information. Had 1 help me use the waffle machine.

Intro to Georgia.
Pros:

The property itself wasn’t bad at all. The rooms were pretty decent. The customer service was excellent food wasn’t too bad either. I mean it was the free breakfast and I enjoyed it. It’s right by the mall which is convenient.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the tub in our room had permanent stains in it. I initially thought the tub was dirty until I cleaned it and realized they were stains to the tub that should’ve been fixed or the tub should be replaced.

Pros:

Location was great and parking plentiful. Beds comfortable

Cons:

Smell in our room was not good. It was sprayed by staff but still persisted. Breakfast was okay. Egg bites not great.
