It was convenient and close to the interstate and local attractions.
Upon arrival, we were told our room reserved was no longer available. The only room remaining had two double beds, not the king, as requested. We were then told there is a $100 refundable deposit not mentioned online. There would be no compensation or even an apology for the very unconcerned front desk clerk. A male who had the front doors locked as we tried to enter to check in. When finally making it to the room, the tv was broken as was the phone to call the front desk for concerns. Our stay was spent splitting up in different hard beds and trying to get any much needed rest. Upon asking for a later check out, a different clerk was very short and said, if you go past 12, we’ll charge you for the entire day.

The breakfast was pretty good. The location was convenient for us. We really only slept there and left, but everything was good with our room and the few encounters we had with staff.

I would not recommend staying here. Unless you like damp and musty hotel rooms
The location was convenient for our conference location. The hotel lobby was clean but the area with the rooms was very old and needs updating. Our first room (415) was extremely damp and musty. The couch was even wet. We adjusted the air hoping that would help. When we returned to our room later that evening there had been no changed. The tile floor was wet. We contacted the front desk and they immediately moved us to a room on the 5th floor. This room was better (521) the A/C unit was working properly but it was still slightly damp and musty smelling and the TV didn’t work. It would turn on but it didn’t connect to anything and the remote didn’t work. It was 11 PM so we didn’t bother the front desk with this problem. But I did read on another review that someone else had issues with the TV in a different room.
The breakfast was ok. Typical eggs, bacon, toast, yogurt, oatmeal.
