Fantastic!
Pros:

Greeted by Eboni at the desk when arriving. She was so cheerful and helpful. I had talked to her on the phone earlier that day. She recognized who I was and went out of her way to accommodate us. My brother in law also needed her help by phone and took such good care of him. All of our experience was great.

This was our second stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Hotel was generally quiet and very clean. Jam who is on front desk evenings is very knowledgeable and helpful to all hotel guests.

Cons:

We stayed at hotel 5 days and Room Maids only serviced our room twice ( fresh clean towels, wash clothes, make-up bed and removal of trash paper). I was disappointed.

I will not be returning to this facility or any other Hampton Inn
Pros:

I was very disappointed in my experience with your hotel. The phone did not work. The coffee maker did not work. There were little.no products for personal hygiene. The elevator was very slow, and there was only one working the working elevator did not have any inspection regulations posted.

Cons:

All of the things listed above could have been better

Great stay, clean, warm, and cozy!!
Pros:

Thank you Gerald for being so accommodating to my husband and me. To the two young ladies, I'm sorry I didn't get their names, so sweet and helpful, nothing was a problem!! Our daughter lives in Woodstock, will be back many times for sure!!

The hotel was OK but not up to Hampton standard. The ice machines were out of order, the from door was out of order, the elevator was slow and loud. They just need some maintenance.

We come from Canada and we love this hotel! We travel a lot and this spot is exceptionally kind and lovely. Ebony at front desk is the most helpful and accommodating person . I always choose this location above all.
