Worked extremely well!
Pros:

Worked quite well for our visit - no complaints whatsoever.staff was phenomenal! They were so personable and friendly - extremely helpful as well!!!

Super convenient, quiet location.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious as usual. Hotel location was perfect for me. Great staff. Bathroom amenities were in good order and to my liking. Everything worked as it should.

Cons:

One door at the bottom of the stairs opening into the first floor was stuck. That needs a bit of attention. The lock on the exit to the outside wooded area was loose. That also needs fixing. Otherwise, I will be back.

Great experience amazing staff
Pros:

We were here for a funeral and had car trouble and got stuck here an extra day. Amy at the front desk went above and beyond for our family. She was so kind and helpful and really helped make a bad situation more pleasant.
Jason was also wonderful everything was spotless and he was so nice to my kids in the breakfast area. We would recommend this hotel.

Had an excellent stay and will return just based on the staff!!!
Pros:

Absolutely the best hotel in Woodstock!

Dog friendly, wonderfully personable staff!!! Autumn, Jared and so many others were super friendly, willing to chat and helpful!

Rooms were comfortable, beds were supportive and decor was contemporary but not gaudy. Blinds were the best at keeping light out of the room.

AC was 100%!

Linens were fresh and didn't feel like plastic.

I'd return just for the staff! They love dogs and people and it shows!

Fantastic!
Pros:

Greeted by Eboni at the desk when arriving. She was so cheerful and helpful. I had talked to her on the phone earlier that day. She recognized who I was and went out of her way to accommodate us. My brother in law also needed her help by phone and took such good care of him. All of our experience was great.

This was our second stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Hotel was generally quiet and very clean. Jam who is on front desk evenings is very knowledgeable and helpful to all hotel guests.

Cons:

We stayed at hotel 5 days and Room Maids only serviced our room twice ( fresh clean towels, wash clothes, make-up bed and removal of trash paper). I was disappointed.

I will not be returning to this facility or any other Hampton Inn
Pros:

I was very disappointed in my experience with your hotel. The phone did not work. The coffee maker did not work. There were little.no products for personal hygiene. The elevator was very slow, and there was only one working the working elevator did not have any inspection regulations posted.

Cons:

All of the things listed above could have been better

Great stay, clean, warm, and cozy!!
Pros:

Thank you Gerald for being so accommodating to my husband and me. To the two young ladies, I'm sorry I didn't get their names, so sweet and helpful, nothing was a problem!! Our daughter lives in Woodstock, will be back many times for sure!!

Pros:

The hotel was OK but not up to Hampton standard. The ice machines were out of order, the from door was out of order, the elevator was slow and loud. They just need some maintenance.
