Soap from last guest was still in the shower, beverage from last guess still in refrigerator, floor wasn't as clean as I could have been.

Have towels ready when asked for.mop the room floors(they was very nasty)clean better because my 4 year old daughter found a smoke pipe.the sheets had smoke burns.

The gentleman that greeted us was very informative and has a positive personality.

Cons:

We had dead cockroaches around the outside of the refrigerator and live inside the refrigerator. The bed linens had a strong urine smell. My husband took pictures. We did inform the manager in hopes that it will get a good cleaning.

It was sorta of an unexpected surprise that hotel was very nice!
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely professional and nice. My TV was not working properly so I called front desk and the clerk came to my room and fixed the problem.

Cons:

Actually I can not think of any thing I was unhappy about.

Quiet stay and well kept, despite ongoing renovations.
Pros:

The breakfast was a good standard hotel breakfast. Waffle maker, cereal selection, biscuits and yogurt. The coffee was surprisingly good, too.

It was under renovation, which was fine for me. I think it led to the place being quieter and more private.

The staff were incredibly friendly and happy. They seemed genuinely happy to be there!

Parking was easy and the road traffic was fairly light. The wifi worked perfectly for me. I had no problems getting work done during the day or browsing the web at night.

Cons:

The TV's didn't have a sleep timer but it's really not a big deal. I might have missed it, in all honesty.

It was very unpleasant, but we had already changed rooms, and were frustrated with the situation.
Pros:

Honestly there wasn't anything to like besides maybe the location for us since it was not far from Walmart or Alabama splash.

Cons:

After being told that the lady at front desk refused linen, refused to come up to our room to address the issue, and was on the phone while my wife tried to address issues. We were moved from a room with missing linen, still being worked on, and you could smell weed in the entire hall an room in a hotel that has signs NO SMOKING signs. The lady at the desk said she would make notes, and my wife tried to be understanding, but we had a child with us, and we looked for a no smoking hotel. To a room that was at least done with the exception of someone else's hair not my wife or daughter's it was black hair, not cleaned thoroughly we pushed covers down and lair on our own, didn't even use the shower.
