Cons:

Bed bug found in the bed and was reported to staff. Big fit description of a bed bug picture with red blood when smashed. I took it to the desk and I left because it was an overnight stay.

It was sorta of an unexpected surprise that hotel was very nice!
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely professional and nice. My TV was not working properly so I called front desk and the clerk came to my room and fixed the problem.

Cons:

Actually I can not think of any thing I was unhappy about.
