Great quiet stay for our little family. Cleanliness could be better. Okay pricing.
Pros:

Overall, I liked the location. Easy to get to where we needed to go for shopping. Breakfast was pretty good! I liked the options of hot oatmeal, fruits, waffles, eggs, sausage and hashbrowns, toast, yogurt, muffins, juices and coffee. The beds were pretty cozy. The air conditioner/heater wasn't loud, thank goodness. The shower was amazing.

Cons:

I think they could do a better job of cleaning the rooms after each stay. Our bathroom had fingernail clippings and hair on the floor. Toilet paper wasn't fully stocked. When we would go to the front desk for help, it would take a while for someone to show up. The pool/hot tub area didn't have any towels.

Wow! This Hampton sets the bar high!
Pros:

Road tripping and staying overnight in Billings, MT. We stayed in the nicest Hampton by Hilton that I’ve ever stayed in. The night receptionist was so very friendly and helpful. It was like being welcomed by a friend to their home.

When I brought a housekeeping concern to the attention of the front desk this morning the woman took care of it immediately calling the housekeeping supervisor. The pool and spa are open all the time. The breakfast was lovely-fresh fruit, scones, blueberry syrup, fruit infused water. Wow. There is a screen with flight times in the lobby as well.

It’s evident watching others check out this am that the staff here treat everyone as warmly as we were welcomed late last night and that many are regular guests who return because of the quality of their stay. The executive director of the housekeeping staff left her card in the room as well!

It is clear the team here takes pride in their work and that guest experience is of the utmost importance to them! Strong work Hilton.

Don’t stay here!
Pros:

Decent location.

Cons:

Bug traps under bed next to nightstand. Third floor (where our room was located) hallway air was freezing cold, likely 35°-45°…to the point guests should not have been assigned rooms on the third floor. Snappy attitude from female staff.

WONDERFUL!!
Pros:

This hotel had it all!! Service, comfort, cleanliness, and you could tell that the employees really cared!!
Megan, in particular, at the front desk was AMAZING and made sure everything about our stay was over-the-top outstanding!!
Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel - and only regret we traveled home a different route so we could have stayed there again!
