The staff was awesome and very friendly
The heater would only go to 71 and it was freezing outside so would have liked it a touch warmer

Bug traps under bed next to nightstand. Third floor (where our room was located) hallway air was freezing cold, likely 35°-45°…to the point guests should not have been assigned rooms on the third floor. Snappy attitude from female staff.

Not a good experience
Safety concerns for women and children. Do not stay here if you are traveling alone. Room numbers announced by staff in the lobby while other people were present. The hotel's response to this complaint is "your room was on the 3rd floor not the first and there was no exterior door to your room. There are no safety concerns ". Housekeeping used a master key and entered my room without knocking. The hotel's response to this complaint is "it didn't happen". This hotel specializes in gaslighting. I am a gold level member, and I called the Hilton Honors number to complain. I have a case number for my escalation. I asked for assistance in speaking with the property and I was told they can not assist. I asked for something in writing and I was told that will not happen. The representative then hung up on me. Prior to making this post I tried to resolve the situation with the hotel, and the corporation the hotel is affiliated. Since there is no resolution and the company tells me the incident I was present for didn't happen, I am left with no other choice but to let the public know about this property.
