Overall, stay was great. Staff was very pleasant & helpful.
Pros:

Convenient location.

Cons:

Bedding not as high quality as it used to be. Ice machine on our floor was out of order. Broken window covering, so shade couldn’t be raised. However, we were able to improvise.

Family and dog friendly hotel with great hot breakfast and comfortable beds.
Pros:

Very friendly and clean. We were able to bring our dog with us and it was reasonably priced to do so. Breakfast was amazing and hot! Check in and out was smooth and staff was efficient and friendly.
Pool area was clean and water was warm.
The hotel was quiet and noise from others was respectable. Beds and pillows were soft and comfortable.

Cons:

There was a room that was being cleaned on the first floor that smelled very strong of marijuana even though there is no smoking allowed. It’s sad that guests have no respect for others having to smell that and having allergic reactions. Unfortunate for the hotel as that smell is hard to remove.

The stay was problematic
Cons:

The facility and room were nice. The bed was extremely firm. There was miscommunication about our check our time; one staff said we could stay until 2pm and another said we had to leave by 1pm. We also booked the room under one price but was charged a larger amount after check out even though the room was left undamaged and we were told there would not be a late check out charge.

Pros:

Breakfast was ok. The milk for the cereal was a bit warm.

Cons:

I did not like not having hot water for a shower. I also did not like having no shampoo at all, especially when the housekeepers were in line for breakfast at 10 am. My sister had to wait for her room at 4pm, because it was not cleaned yet, but at least she had shampoo. We paid a lot of money for these rooms for two nights. My brother also had a room which was not the room he reserved, he was told too bad. He was supposed to get a king room and ended up with two queens.

Sucked! Worst hotel ever!
Pros:

This was a horrible experience- arrived late (as had mentioned would happen when I booked the room) and they had given my room away. I was told there was nothing they could do. Told would have to contact booking.com- tried and was told via AI that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that I would have to contact the hotel… NEVER would recommend this hotel or this booking company ever again! Horrible!!! Sent away and told to try another hotel. I told them they better not charge me for the room- checked today and they did. Going to have a conversation with manager and already told credit card company that I denied the payment. Hampton Inn Medina is awful!

Cons:

Everything!! Whole experience with this place was horrible!

Pros:

Breakfast and location were exceptional we will definitely be back! Staff was excellent as well!
