Clean, comfortable room
I didn't use restaurant cost to much. The facility was nice

I had a wonderful four day stay at the Hampton! It was 10 minutes away from my business meetings, which was very convenient. Lots of wonderful restaurants very-close. And the room and accommodations were top-notch. I would have to say the best part of the stay was the friendly, helpful staff!
It’s a great value and this will be my go-to place from this point forward when I’m in this area

Or how booking.coms operator made me have 2 reservations for the same night. But they let me have a Voucher for the 2nd booking for $401.99
I still am waiting for my deposit to hit the bank it's been since Saturday that I left the room..My bank said it did not appear to be pending even. So Booking. Com..Where is my deposit..and Viucher for the $401.00 @?

I had a very good experience overall the only questionable thing was an elevator it has smelled of weed but was cleaned up

I loved this property. It is very clean, it’s spacious, the managers are friendly, the front desk staff is very hospitable especially Victoria who works at the front desk. The location is perfect for where I work at. It is super quiet and very affordable. Whenever I asked for something Victoria was super accommodating.

It didn’t have a hot tub like advertised. Pool was cold, elevators were cold were gross with broken tiles. Room floors were nasty
They only good thing about staying here. This time around was the initial woman who checked us in. I believe her name was Veronica or Victoria. It definitely started with a V. She was very helpful and very sympathetic. She helped us get situated and even brought up some personal items for us from her own supply. The rest of the trip was ridiculous. I had planned for a king size executive suite. There was absolutely nothing in the room. There was no towels. There was no soap there was no trash cans. We were staying at the same time as a large group of hockey players who were across the room for us very very loud, keeping their door, propped open, constantly running up and down the hallways. At breakfast time they ran out of coffee and eggs. There was no help getting our room stocked during the daytime with towels. There was no garbage help. There was no house cleaning help. The rest of the staff seemed rude, overworked and bothered by any request.
It was clean updated and comfortable
Not the hotel’s fault but when exiting you can only turn right and then if you need to go east you have to do a u turn but honestly that’s not a big deal
