Solid Hampton Inn
Pros:

On par for the brand but a few things stood out - our room had a ceiling fan which meant we could fine tune temperature control, we had two end tables in the suite where most rooms only have one, and the bathroom was huge. In the mornings, the hot breakfast items were rotated daily so you didn’t get the same thing two days in a row. The only drawback was that getting out of the property to the main road required an unprotected left turn onto a busy road. Give yourself a few extra minutes for travel.

Customer service was great!

Cons:

Our first room had cockroaches, dog poop on the carpet, and side of the bed. The carpet has not been vacuumed or cleaned in months.

Fabulous Hampton Inn in West Ashley
Pros:

I think this might be the nicest Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area had a fire going this morning and it was so nice to sit in a comfortable chair in front of the fireplace and drink my coffee. Good selection for breakfast. Great pillows on the very comfortable bed. Spotless room
