Maravillosa, elegante y vuelvo
Pros:

Me encanto, super amable las personas que trabajan ahi, el cuarto con espacio para trabajar, ademas tenia un escritorio, un televisor que decía bienvenida Carmen, el lugar muy lindo, a los alrededores estábamos cerca de todo. También cerca de la playa. Lo voy a pedir de nuevo, super seguro.

Cons:

Solo un detalle en la puerta del baño que no se cerraba, pero el resto excelente. En general. La cama super confortable, nos encanto la vista daba a la calle, y se veía los rayos, la tormenta tampoco nos afecto porque ese lugar no se inunda ni la calle.

This is our favorite location for staying when we come to Charleston SC
Pros:

I appreciated a clean spacious room with a sofa and a tray table so that I could use my computer and have my snack snacks
I also appreciated having a welcome message on the TV using my name when I entered the room

Very peaceful no issues. No bugs the smell was unpleasant from the soap they use to clean.

Apparently more ppl stay there then it looks like if you park before 7pm don’t move for the rest of the night.

The entire staff at this location bent over backwards to serve us. smiles and service A++
Pros:

We had booked with Booking.com and it was a nightmare trying to get someone one on the phone at booking.com to changes my reservations. The manager at the Charleston West-ashley fixed everything and went way beyond serving my wife and I do not remember his name but he was kind, attentive and professional. Because of his attitude and service we will indeed stay at Hampton Inns and suites in the future.

Pros:

Breakfast was good and well stocked. The hotel is in good condition.

Cons:

Hot water near coffee was gone and I couldn’t make tea.
The fourth floor smelled like weed. This is so off putting.
