Se sienten algo viejas las instalaciones.
Las cortinas de las ventanas no cierran completamente para crear un ambiente black out (en mi habitación entraba directamente la luz de una lámpara exterior)
Fue una mala experiencia, la habitación no tenía amenidades ni nada en el lavamanos donde usualmente por muy económico que sea el hotel hay por lo menos jabones para lavarte las manos, los envases de la regadera estaban vacíos, no había shampoo, ni toallas suficientes para las personas que pagamos, llamé a recepción y ahí me percaté que el teléfono estaba todo sucio, tenía cabellos y hasta una pestaña postiza ahí pegada, me contestaron y la señorita no me dejaba ni terminar de hablar y me interrumpía, tardaron en llevarme las cosas lo que fue ya hasta casi la hora de entregar la habitación. Lo único que podía salvar la situación era que el hotel tenía alberca y mis hijos no pudieron usarla porque se les ocurrió limpiarla a las 10 de la mañana :( fatal.

Hay descuento del 20% en todo el menú del Applebee's de al lado con servicio a la habitación incluido y sin costo adicional. La lavandería es accesible a todo huesped sin importar la hora. Maquina de hielo gratis en todos los pisos.
Ya es necesario que los hoteles tengan smart TV en las habitaciones y acá no hay. Solo hay un elevador en todo el edificio.
