reducing the rates during construction times would have made the stay more appealing.

We did not have breakfast there.

Cons:

There was construction going on in the lobby area of the hotel which was quite unsightly and unappealing. If we had known there was construction going on, we would not have stayed.

Cons:

Took 10 minutes to get hot water to our room on the 4th floor. Ran out of hot water within 3 minutes of shower at 7am.
