Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites was wonderful. The front desk staff was amazing, kind, and very accommodating. When the air conditioner in one of our rooms began leaking, they responded quickly and made sure we were taken care of.
A special thank you to Mrs. Roslynn, who was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. We were staying because my mom had to undergo a liver transplant, and the kindness and support we received made an incredibly stressful time a little easier. We are truly grateful and would absolutely stay here again.
Easy to find, parking was great. Clean and tidy.
Several issues with the desk staff (rude and dismissive. No apologies or warm welcomes or farewells. We were a annoying them for needing anything. We stayed for as short as possible to not disturb your staff since that’s obviously what we were doing), our room not being ready at check in time (we were on a timeline, and to rectify did nothing, that was the only time we had to get in our room & get ready. (Ran out of time and only had time to drop off) We were basically on your time instead of the other way around. The shower door would not stay closed, opened every other min so water was ALL over the floor. Pillows were uncomfortable and breakfast was… not great. Cold & stale despite in being in the warmers.

There were multiple issues that the facility faced while I was there for only 2 days that ultimately made me decide to stay somewhere else for the rest of the week. When I arrived their systems were down so checking in took awhile. Technical glitches happen so didn’t think too much of it. But then the next day (Saturday), there was something wrong with the pool so you couldn’t even enjoy the outside lounge area. My keycards continuously had issues opening doors to the facility and my own room door. For breakfast there was an issue with the milk machine so you couldn’t have any milk (was literally the only thing I came downstairs for as I brought my own cereal). And having the king suite with kitchen, the space in there is great, but it felt like they stopped furnishing the room halfway through. Nothing major but put some art on the walls and get a couch that actually fits the size of the living room.
Nothing- if I could give 0 stars I would. Should have turned around when I walked into the lobby.
Had to checkin via paper and no record of reservation, went off what I wrote down due to "system down ", a room diagnol from ours was double issued at 10pm. Blood on the pillow cases. Grumpy breakfast attendant. Car broken into during the night with valuables taken.
It was clean
We had no AC in our room which made the stay very uncomfortable. It was extremely hot and we arrived at 5pm and our rooms were not clean. We had to wait an additional hour.

I loved the king room with the king bed. The room was on a non-smoking floor which was great since my husband has asthma. Even being right across from the elevator the room was quiet. Glad that the elevator only worked with the room key. The hotel was right off of the interstate but was located on a shaded street so it seemed more private.
