The whole reason we picked this hotel was bc it has a pool and hot tub and neither were working. The hotel didn’t let us
Pros:

It was going to be the pool and hot tub so nothing this time. A little head up would have been nice. No reason to book here ever again after this,

Cons:

Pool and hot tub wasn’t working and we didn’t know until we got there which was the whole reason we booked this hotel.

It was .ostly good.
Pros:

Breakfast good. Alex was very friendly & accommodating.

Cons:

Pool out of order. Hairblower was missing. Could hear footsteps above us in the late evenings
No eashroom by lobby.

Pros:

Nice and friendly staff

Cons:

The room was cold and was very noisy with construction. Elevators had exposed wires and was unsafe. A warning of construction would have been nice. What i paid was way too much for all that mess and loudness .

It was sufficient for a one night stay as ours but we will not stay there again.
Pros:

The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. And location was where we needed.

Cons:

The coffee was lukewarm and bad. The pool was advertised on the site I booked from but when we got there was closed and had been for a while. The room we were originally given the toilet was broken and the maintenance had been in there fixing the tub which still needed to be caulked. The hallway was freezing, the elevator was rickety. Shelves were falling off the walls in the first room. The tub in the 2nd room was dangerously slippery.

I didnt like that the pool was closed. If we had known that when booking, we wouldn't have chose this hotel. My little boys were very disappointed. I also didn't like that you could get inside the hotel from any door without scanning your key to get inside the building. That is not safe at all. There were several items on the breakfast bar that was empty and no worker around to refill the food items. There was a very foul smell, like a sewer smell in our hallway. The hotel in general was dirty. We will be back in Carbondale in a couple weeks and we will definitely not be booking a room at this hotel again.

Won't be back. Not worth the money.
Pros:

Breakfast wasn't great. They started putting stuff up at 9:30 it was supposed to be open until 10. Didn't have any good juice to drink. They put the milk up. Potatoes tasted nasty. The eggs were good.

Cons:

Fire the cook.

The worse Hampton Inn we ever stayed at.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Liked the waffle maker

Cons:

There were no hot eggs, or meat.
Food area was not really clean. Everything was
syrup sticky. Dry cereal was hard to get out of the
Container. Had to open the top and dig it out.
The breakfast worker was in a very dirty apron
That was disgusting. Left our breakfast
after seeing her.

Pros:

The location was very convenient for a variety if restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

The staff didnt seem like they wanted to be there. The shower/ tub floor was tilted towards the middle of the tub. The entire hotel was under construction, so it was a bit noisy.

Not great
Pros:

The hotel appeared to be understaffed. We had to call someone to check in. The room was either hot or cold but beyond that the temperature could not be adjusted. Breakfast was sparss and the oatmeal was mostly water.

Not up to Hampton standards
Pros:

Gross hotel and NOT a Hampton experience. Linens were stained and very old instead of the crisp sheets we expect. Food under the sofa bed from previous guests, back door of building had no lock despite a note saying to use hotel keycard to unlock. Wall vent in bathroom was coated with dust and grime and tub drain plug was just sitting on the side of the tub.

Spent 150 bucks on a motel basically. The breakfast was nice though I will give them that.
Pros:

Even for a monday morning they had breakfast

Cons:

A lot of ants in my room. The pool had gross brown marks on the flooring and it kinda grossed me out and the same marking was in their broke down hot tub which was actually really nasty in there, should had covered it or something.

Pros:

Location was under some construction process . Black out shades only went down halfway , staff provided black garbage bag and tape as solution .
Left for the second night , refunded as such .
