Rat in Pool
Pros:

I did like the free breakfast. However, the hours were inconsistent. It seemed like on Sunday it lasted longer than Monday.

Cons:

The room itself had problems. First of all the sink was stopped up. They did fix it. The bathtub was extremely slippery and only 1 grab bar in the corner of the tub. The maid came in to clean the room, but my husband's suitcase was in the way so she just emptied the trash and gave us more towels. Had I been there I would have instructed her to come back later after we left for several hours. Then the carpet was wet. When I mentioned it to the front desk they said that it was probably due to condensation from the air conditioner. But it got worse and the wetness seemed to spread. And the check in time was 3:00 pm. We got there around 4:30 ish .But they said that the room was not ready and some excuse about short staffed... We had to wait at least an hour! When we complained about all of this, all they said was that they would give us another day at $50. That was a big mistake. Then the worst part was when I wanted to swim in the pool on Tuesday there was a Rat in the pool! I have a picture of it.

Not sure how this property got as high of a ratting as it has.
Pros:

It was a good location and the staff was nice. For an older hotel not bad.

Cons:

The bathroom in the room was not very clean. Toilet paper holder was broken, tub didn't drain very well and there was one small trashcan in the while room. The walls were thin and guests in the halls were very loud. The pool was dirty. The breakfast was ok. Not great. Sunday there was very little food at 8:00am. No muffins or yogurt. I would not stay at this property agian. For the price theres alot better.

Very good stay
Pros:

Easy access to get to everything close by. Nice rooms they were spacious, facilities and the pool was also clean and kept nice. Breakfast was good also. We will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Kids will be kids, but parents were letting there children run the halls yelling, playing in the one elevator that was in the building. They were even playing rough in the pool and parents weren't stopping them.
