Hampton Inn Jackson/Pearl-International Airport

Hotel lobby and breakfast area very clean . Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was clean but door for bathroom would stick and hard to move. TV had issues turning on but figured it out.

Here’s an easily-accessed hotel in Jackson near gas stations and eateries. Plus a free, yummy breakfast!

More coffee and maybe some type of meat for the breakfast. Other than that everything was excellent.

Needs a new facelift!! Everything is very old, Rusted, Out of date! All the outlets would not work! It was clean but needs remodeling!

The stay was comfortable. Until housekeeping began vacuuming the room next door at 7 am.

Being a Hampton my expectations were high. There was nothing I really liked about my stay except the bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. Who was dirty the cushions were ripped on the furniture. The maintenance around the property was poor. The whole hotel was run down and knocked well at all. Hampton has a great reputation and cleanliness and beauty that is why we book the hotel. Won't be staying in this one again

Terrible room as well as mold in the ceiling had to change room was no better

Staff was super friendly. Came in tired and just don't for the day. Even late at night the staff are warm and welcoming. Even have me recommendations on where I could find some food close and quick so I could get to bed. Rooms were clean well maintained.

Bed bugs.

Had 5 people on my reservation. Room only sleeps 4 and made no accommodations (cot, extra bedding, additional room). Were absolutely rude about it. Will never stay there again.

I was very disappointed that they did not have a pool but the staff was very friendly. I did not like you could only get back in through the front door and had to park on the side of the hotel because it was raining my whole stay but the hotel was very clean.

The front desk staff in the evenings were so rude. My toilet overflowed and was told for me to come get a mop and a bucket to clean it up. I still can’t believe I the customer paid to stay at their hotel. Who do they think pays their salary. I can tell you it will not be me ever again!!! I will no longer pre pay and get stuck at a hotel where the front desk hates its customers. I would give negative stars if I could!

The staff was less than friendly at check in. The shuttle driver pulled in right before me and parked blocking the entire covered entry way while it was raining so I had to unload my families luggage in the rain, while the driver sat in the lobby. I asked the Hampton person checking me in and she said he would be back in a little while to move the van. The carpet was torn in the room, and was "sticky". The entire hotel smelled musty. Breakfast was not great and they were out of several items. They electrical outlet by the bed was broken on the front and unsafe, and one under the table for the TV was hanging loose in an oversized hole in the wall. The sink and shower didn't drain well either.

The hotel was fine. However, my experience with Expedia was not good. When I Arrived the hotel had no record of my reservation.
