Pros:

I did not eat the breakfast, but it smelled great. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quite. The AC was quiet also. Black out curtains were without holes:)

I also really appreciated an ice machine that worked.

Cons:

I found it very unwelcoming that your check in staff was wearing a mask and that you stated in your pre check in email that "as per CDC guidelines we require masks in our common areas".

I work in healthcare and the current CDC guidelines do not state that.

Ortencia made us feel very welcomed when we came in and the breakfast was amazing I loved that they changed it everyday. Plus the beds were amazing.

My room had ants and the barroom floor was very dirty. Had hair and junk on the floor. I crashed it with your towns. The reason I didn’t call property management is because I did not want you to come in and spray the entire room and we had to sleep with that smell.
