Hotel was overall good, clean, comfortable, staff was nice for the most part, breakfast was simple but good, and parking
Pros:

This place was nearby pretty much everything. You could walk to all the restaurants and coffee shops you need. It’s basically on the same street of the main attraction street - Beale Street. So if you are going for the night life, a very good thing!

Cons:

Well, because it’s basically on the same street of Beale Street, traffic is horrible Friday-Sunday. It takes 20-45 minutes longer to get back to your hotel if you leave the area to visit somewhere else. Very very loud too, so bringing a sound machine is a must! I don’t really feel like this area is good for kids. We planned a family trip here, with kids, and honestly there wasn’t too much to do with kids. Very limited kids friendly places. Definitely more of a night life city.

Great location, but probably will not stay again
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Issues with the elevators, parking garage elevators did not work at all, which was a huge inconvenience. Front desk. Staff were less than friendly, parking rates were more than what the listing shows.

Excellent except food
Pros:

Everything was perfect

Cons:

The breakfast. Go back to scrambled eggs and regular sausage or bacon. The so-called omelettes were disgusting. Can’t even cut through with a fork. Had to eat elsewhere for breakfast cuz I couldn’t stomach THAT!

Average hotel in downtown Memphis. Beware of the rooms facing the back of Beale Street.
Pros:

Stayed here during the week with friends. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When we walked into our room, we saw two pairs of earplugs on the table by the bed and went, "uh oh." Sure enough, there was a loud band playing in one of the clubs across the alley from our hotel until midnight or so. We did come to Memphis for the Blues, so it wasn't horrible. What wasn't so great were the stains on one of the chairs in the room, and a very meh breakfast selection. Would stay in a different room next time.
