Close to Beale Street
Clean and had everything

Friendly staff, safe environment, and great location.
The facilities were clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make out stay fantastic. The breakfast was very well staffed and had great options for everyone. The location was right on Beale Street and we could walk to all the events and activities.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.
Reasonable food ..
Staff were fantastic
Very close to Beale street - just around the corner. Earplugs provided in case the noise and activity bother you. We were there on a Wednesday and Thursday night so the noise was non-existent. I imagine on a weekend it would be loud, but very fun. We looked out on the square with the statue of W.C. Handy and could see horse carriage in the street. Excellent location.
Also extremely clean and comfortable. Great breakfast options and the staff for the whole hotel - especially the breakfast staff were very friendly, hard-working, and made sure everything was filled up and ready!
Great Location near Beale Street and safe parking
The circle to load and unload was tight
Great location for Beale Street/downtown Memphis.
My only complaint is that when I went to check in, the man in front of me did not have a reservation and he got his room (exact same room type I had) for $20 per night less that what Booking.com charged me.
The Friendly staff and location. The new cafe. The manager exceptional. Nice size rooms. We had a kind suite with kitchen and balcony connected to double queen room. The kitchen had a full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, and a table.
The key card didn't work sometimes, We had connecting rooms, so I just went in through the other door. The walk from the garage. Wish there was valet parking. Our room had a slight mildew smell.
Shows up close to midnight. Super ghetto with police cars everywhere like shooting just took place.
Room had an awful smell. Asked housekeeping to please deodorize the room. We are still waiting for that and may ask for a room change if it’s not resolved. The hotel itself is in a great location but it’s. Very run down.
