Walking distance to Beale Street
Friendly staff, great location and breakfast, comfortable beds and very clean!
VERY convenient to Beale Street businesses.
Let’s start with making the reservation. The clerk was nearly nonverbal and seemed to do the things I asked, but never told me when he was completing one of those things. Upon arrival, I found the automatic doors to the lobby locked. A sign said try the doors to the left and right of the automatic doors. They were both locked another person checking in and I couldn’t figure out how to get into the lobby. We tried waving at and shouting to the two people at the desk and eventually they noticed us and shouted something across the lobby that we couldn’t hear through the glass. So I banged my cane on the glass (the rubber part) and neither one of them would come to the door. They just shouted across the lobby what we couldn’t hear. Eventually, we noticed a small sign next to the doors that said to ring the buzzer, and then they would let us in. We did that and we did enter. They were not apologetic about this welcome for a guest. What they claimed was that they felt endangered when I finally tapped on the window. Neither one of them would move from their chairs behind the desk across the lobby. The room itself is acceptable, but dark.
The location was fabulous next to a lot of attractions we went to and easy to walk to the things we did.
The room and the lady and the front desk was awesome she made me feel like i was at home and wanted there!!!
Nothing loved it and the people!
