Pros:

The staff was very warm and friendly. The location was excellent to Beale Street. Easy check in and out. The room was available for a early check in. The down side was the white bedding top comforter had a big black stained on it at the foot of the bed. I could not understand why would house keeping put it on the bed? For the price that I paid for one night $220.00. I just tried to enjoy the one night I had and the first time being in Memphis in May.

So close to EVERYTHING!! The staff were amazing as well.

We had a very nice stay. It was close to Beale Street which is what we were looking for. We did not find that the music
Pros:

The proximity to Beale street.

Cons:

I wish the microwave was in the room instead of the ice room. It seemed odd to me that a key was required to get into the ice room.
I also was sent an email telling me parking was $21 but when I got there it was $26. However, the person at the front desk changed it after a discussion. This probably needs to be corrected.

Not great.
Cons:

There was no hot water in the morning. None. When I called down to the desk, they said, Let it run. We did. It was terrible to have to take a freezing cold shower. It happened to many, many people that morning, and it seems like an ongoing problem that they need to fix.

Disappointed in the Hamptons
Pros:

I liked the location of it being by beale st

Cons:

Hotel decided to switch my room to another one because they were full and it wasn't nothing near what I booked and paid for. I was very disappointed. I brought it to the staff and they said there was nothing they could do. Also the toilets are too low and toilet paper too cheap. They need to do better
