Great location and value for money.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Close to Beale street and a 5 minute walk to the Peabody hotel and Rendezvous. Very friendly staff and nice clean rooms. Great value for money, especially with breakfast included.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. We had a very enjoyable stay.

comfortable and a great location for downtown memphis

pool had a skim of something floating on top, didnt even get in
balcony was not cleaned, it had sticky stuff spilled all over and cigarette butts everywhere
