Attention to broke things in hotel

Rude ,breakfast employee, every thing was broke .I was there 2 months before ,elevated broke 2nd floor ice maker still broke ,door going out was still broke from 2 months back.my room was need to be cleaned. Will be going elsewhere on my next trip there.

Pros:

Good breakfast, clean room. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast hours, 6 to 10 a.m. Good beds.

Cons:

The phone did not work. Could not connect computer to wifi. One door to parking lot was broken. Requested ground floor, got 2nd.

Pros:

Hotel was fine but only stayed 1 night due to weather and road construction but can't seem to get reimbursed for days that we didn't stay.

It was clean and worked ok for a few hours of sleep. I didn't feel it met Hampton's standards and very expensive for what it was..

Cons:

Needs updated. Some lights didn't work and most outlets didn't work. Small old bathtub. Very old furniture.
