The staff made sure we were warn by bringing extra blankets but we had no heat.

Our room had no heat. We had been working in the cold all night. Also requested 2 queens and got a room with a king.

Great. We will definitely stay at another Hampton Inn when traveling in the future.
Pros:

It was in a good location: close to restaurant, gas station, and interstate. The rooms and bed were nice and clean and comfortable. Reception lady was very nice and pleasant and she offered us an "On the Go" breakfast bag when we left which I thought was very sweet.

Cons:

I was disappointed with breakfast. It was not hot, probably because we didn't eat till around 7:30 am. Next time I will make waffles. And oh, the hallways looked dingy, maybe because of the two different patterned carpets or lighting.

One other issue: I have rewards with Hilton and was told that because I booked with Booking.com, I wasn't entitled to any. You should know that when I brought up your Hampton Inn location to make my reservation, it automatically put me on Booking.com which I never would have used if it was up to me. I always book reservations through the hotel's location whenever possible.

Beds are terrible.
Pros:

The breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly. Hotel was close to a main road that had plenty of dining options.

Cons:

Our main issue was with the beds. The beds were VERY uncomfortable, like sleeping on a cloth covered board. We chose this hotel based on review that the beds were comfortable. I don't know what beds those customers slept in, but it wasn't the one we had. The paid wifi was only $1.50, but it was VERY SLOW. Most of the hotel including the room smelled old and musty, but it was clean.

Pros:

Even though you could tell the site was old, it was clean and comfortable, what you would expect from Hilton. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay but didn't have as many options as other Hamptons we stayed in. Tub was very slipper - almost slipped.

Pros:

Walking in the staff was nice. And welcomed with the room key cards. Room was clean and Ac was cold. Having 2 waffle makers was good.

Cons:

Walking in no Ac in the hallway. The carpet didnt look clean. And had smell. Breakfast didnt have alot of Choices. The sausage didnt look fully cooked. Ran out of eggs by 930am. Above where breakfast is served looks like mold from weather on the windows.For 139$ 1 night was not worth it.
