Trident Inn & Suites, New Orleans

A/C unit crawling with ants. My clothes were covered in them.

Simple breakfast, things were clean inside, bathtub and shower was a little janky, the young lady that checked us in was super helpful and very sweet, overall we would stay again!!

Everything was the best

I was 30 mins early checking in and it seemed to be a problem with the receptionist saying that check in was at 3pm

in rm#412, one bed is missing the middle blanket.

The front desk staff was great, hotel is close to multiple restaurants, hotel was clean, pool was amazing and beds were super comfortable will definitely be staying again.

The carpet was wet and smells like mildew

The staff is very rude and unprofessional, female staff boyfriend standing around the front counter both days we stayed there. They do not provide receipts for your stay and any financial payments.

Mold in the shower.
Shower curtain did not stay closed had to shower with it open.
Tv would not work.

Clean, quiet room. Friendly staff (and guests). Secure, gated parking. Didn't care for boiled eggs for breakfast, but everything else was great.

Terrible breakfast, waffles and cereal. Some dry bagels and muffins.

It was a great family trip. Beds were so comfortable and it was very quiet. The only thing was the shower curtain kept opening and water was getting out. They need to put a better curtain rod. But I will stay again.

The room was clean but the tub was old and dated. The breakfast was not really breakfast. It consisted of waffles (the waffle iron was extremely dirty), a gallon of milk, yogurt, cereal, and bread. We did not eat any of it and found a Waffle House down the road!

cleanliness and comfort, and staff are great. The pool was remarkably clean and so warm it was perfect ( if warm weather and that temp maintains the pool will probably be great well into the fall ). Internet service was completely OFF on the first night, I guess due to the weather. I didn't care, BUT, there are some people that will complain about anything. I think the TV is tied to the internet so no internet meant no TV, again, I don't care. Since everyone uses a phone to do everything anyway, it was not an inconvenience. What matters, the clean, comfort, & staff were all great.
