Pros:

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. The valets were great!

Cons:

I didn't like the high cost of valet parking. I also had difficulty getting the front desk to answer the phone. We requested our car to be brought up and the front desk didn't tell the valets the first night. The fire alarms went off around 3 a.m. Thursday morning.

Wonderful trip

Pleasant besides the fire and our hall and room smelling of smoke the rest of the night

I liked the location and views and the breakfast.

Cons:

There was a fire around 3 am and we were evacuated never told what happened but my floor was covered in smoke, asked 3 employees that morning and no one knew what had happened

Pros:

Location, comfortable beds, most of the staff was very nice!

Cons:

Valet was expensive and the check in staff at 3 seemed mad at the world. We asked for a room by the elevator ... we got one by an elevator but it went to the ballroom lol. Technicality so point for them we laughed.

Pros:

I absolutely fell in love with the lobby. Interior of the hotel is great. Food was good and it was quite easy to walk around. Walking to the downtown was taking us around 20 minutes.
