Wasn’t happy with the breakfast. My husband found a hair in the food.
The room was very clean though. There was a clean smell as soon as we walked into the room.
Hair in the food
This location has everything anyone could need for a nice little trip in New Orleans. Short walk/taxi ride to everything important and fun, plus right across from a park if you take your beloved pooch. Staff were kind and accommodating, the room was comfy and spacious with excellent tv and streaming options, and the complimentary real fast was exceptional. The pool looked lovely as well, but we didn’t have the time or energy for a swim!
The only drawback is parking. While there are plenty of cheaper pay-to-park options on the street of the hotel(great for anyone just staying one night like I did) this isn’t ideal. Valet is an additional 50 dollars, and I really do believe that should be something included especially for a busy/crowded location like this. Who wants to walk half a mile from a public garage to get to their hotel with their luggage?

I had no dislike
The location was perfect. Had an event at Generations Hall.
Breakfast was solid. Great coffee and choices.
Suite Room was really great for us with a separate working space.
Cleanliness was great.
The bar was great to have in-hotel. Each night we were able to unwind at the bar.
Breakfast would be better with some bananas.
The hotel was very quiet and our room was incredibly spacious with a full kitchen, dining table, 2 tv’s and a separate area for the bedroom. The breakfast was great with both hot and cold selections. The valet staff were also very nice and worked really hard getting people’s vehicles to them quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was ok, the atmosphere was friendly. The bartender was friendly and made you feel at home.
The only problem I had was one of the valet staff member was very rude and unprofessional. He was hollering at the guest. I had to tell him to calm down because we are the reason you have a job here. Being that I used to work the N.O Hilton Riverside for 25 years that is not how we treat our guest. I was a head Supervisor in Security and he would be terminated if he was at my location. All in all I enjoyed my stay and would return. Sorry I didn't get his name but was an older gentleman of African descent with glasses.
