Quiet and crowded

The room was. It as pictured on the booking website. My daughters had no privacy as a result. Very unhappy about the room.

Great place to stay especially if you are going on a cruise!
Pros:

The room is huge, the bed was extremely comfortable, near several restaurants that are in walking distance. Hotel is very clean. Valet guys were quick and kind. The manager was very attentive, checked in several times to ensure everything was going well. Close enough to the cruise port. Provided shuttle to the cruise port which is a triple plus!

Cons:

Had a slight issue with the bathroom water pressure but manager made it right.

Nothing outside of location and staff gets above a 1 star from me
Pros:

It was located a short walk from dinner spots, an indoor mall, and was less than 10 minute drive to the cruise port. Staff was friendly. We were able to find a parking garage a short walk over that was actually a cruise parking deck too that would shuttle you over, but we just parked for the night because it was so much cheaper than the valet only option the hotel offered.

Cons:

The bed was so awful, it was like sleeping on a box spring, or the floor. By 3am I hadn't got to sleep so I moved to the reading chair in the corner. The pillow stuffing was almost non existent so I called to request foam pillows. It took 6 minutes before someone came to the phone, and when they brought them up, it was more sad pillows. The breakfast crowd was so awful you couldn't get in, there was no seating left, and most stuff was gone or at least not being refilled so was pointless to even try. Our room was number 635, we had to take an elevator separate from the main lobby to get to our room. The walls are verrrrryyyy thin so if you are close to kids you can hear them yelling and screaming. The only parking option is very expensive Valet parking.
