I did not get a receipt from my stay and I need it how do I get it?
I liked that the valet was quick to get my car and even loaded my bags for me upon checking out.
There wasn't anything bad about my stay.
The upgraded room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient for the cruise terminal and nearby attractions.
Check-in and check-out did not feel very friendly. I was talked down to for booking through a third party. The room safe also would not open on cruise morning with our passports and personal items inside. Rudy got it fixed quickly, which we appreciated, but it was stressful.
Good location, clean and comfortable room, peaceful atmosphere.
Plastic cutlery and paper plates, not in keeping with my experience of a Hilton.

No shuttle to the hotel from the airport
Comfortable, clean accommodations.
Staff were somewhat terse and didn't appear to be very happy to help.
It was a good location. Easy to walk to most of our destinations.
If you wanted to have your bed made or fresh towels you had to let them know before 10
pm the night before. We were out until after that time so we ended up having to make our own bed which seems counterproductive to renting a hotel room.
Asked the front desk lady(don’t remember her name but i remember she was on her phone texting and acted out out that I had a question) if she would hold something for us that was being dropped off. She said that was something the valet could do and to check with him. Went out and spoke with Sebastian, the valet and he said “no, we don’t keep anything out here it all has to be kept with the front desk.” Went inside and relayed the info to Reggie who was know working the desk and he was accommodating.

The building is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed on the old Cotton Mill side. Very historic. Our room was fantastic. We had a living room and a kitchen. And once I got into the room, I realized why I paid so much. They’ve just done a really good job with the building.
It was pretty expensive for a room for one night

Parking pay or valet $44!!!, the joining room, room stunk,view sucked,and security deposit unexpected which I have not gotten back. We will never stay here again.
