The breakfast was amazing, rooms were clean, and the staff was extra friendly. I hotel smelled really good when I first entered the building.
I didn't have a problem with anything. Everything was to my expectations. Great job!
The location was good in the sense that it was next to the mall and a great Japanese restaurant. The parking garage made things easy and is not common at other hotels in the area. The employees were very sweet and the security was ideal given that I could enter the hotel through the parking garage with my key card.
When we checked in there was hair on the bathroom counter, on the bed and mysterious stains on two pillows. When we requested new pillow cases, another stain was found. Additionally I thought our shower had only a single door until my boyfriend stated it was supposed to have to and I went into my fellow guests room and realized we were missing a full door. At the breakfast even, there was also hair located by the tongs. Lastly, it should really have stated it was located under an underpass. It doesn’t show on any of the pictures or maps so I thought I was in the wrong place and the turn was odd. Confused a few Uber drivers that we used even but they were able to figure it out.

most if ceiling over shower was stained. rooms are very dark definitely need more lighting. pool was very cold. not sure if it was supposed to be heated or not

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very positive experience, especially when it comes to location. The hotel is perfectly situated in a central area, making it easy to access nearby restaurants, shops, and popular attractions. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, you won’t need to travel far to find what you need.

We had a great stay! The location is right off the highway which makes easy access into New Orleans as well as to take the causeway to the North Shore. Staff is fantastic, especially Samantha who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely stay again.

I had a great stay at Hampton Inn Metairie. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. Just got back from a four-night stay and overall I was pleased. The cost wasn't bad and service was quite nice. The front desk team was genuinely helpful and the atmosphere was pretty good. Room was quiet despite being close to the highway, and the AC kept things nice and cool. Breakfast selection was better than most places in this category. Room was quite clean as well, which is always a plus. Easy access to the airport and local attractions makes it a reliable choice. I’ll be back whenever I decide to travel to Louisiana again!
Had an amazing stay at Hampton Inn Metairie! Clean, comfy rooms, super friendly staff, and a delicious complimentary breakfast to start the day right. Perfect location with everything nearby—couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely staying here again!
