Comfy bed, kind driver, no shampoo.
Pros:

The man that drove the shuttle was very kind, we had a nice conversation! The beds are comfortable and the TV greeted me.

Cons:

There was no shampoo at all. I let them know when I left so the next person won't have that problem, and they said oh dont worry its ok. As if I had broken it or something. But I was telling you to check because nobody checked before I arrived. I was trying to save you from another guest being frustrated. Also I had reserved a king bed, and received two queens. I am one person I just wanted an extra big bed not an empty one. But it was fine. Oh! No hand soap. I could have asked but would have had to go downstairs with dirty hands. I had to use shower gel.

Cons:

The extra money spent for the kitchen was not worth it. Not enough cookware/utensils. And the refrigerator was very difficult to open.

Araseli, MiMi, Yajaira, all amazing! Made our long stay very pleasant and enjoyable! Very nice and clean and upper end place to stay.

We had a good stay. Comfortable. Nice staff. Nothing spectacular.
Pros:

Location, staff was really nice.

Cons:

Pool wasn’t the greatest. It was indoors but freezing. Kids were there with no supervision. Kinda older. Elevators were older.

Nice bedroom, bathroom a little funky
Pros:

The room was a large, nicely decorated room in good shape except for the window shears, which were shredded. Maybe a past guest had a cat or tiger! Extremely friendly and helpful front desk clerk. Comfortable bed and nice towels. The walk-in shower had foam on the drain in the morning--I didn't know what from. The shower floor was slippery and the hot/cold water seemed to have been reversed. The toilet sat very low. The AC unit seemed beat up.

Pros:

15min away from where we had to be in the morning

Cons:

There was a roach that we had to kill roaming in the room I stayed in, not enough towels in our room initially. The check in staff lady was trying to overcharge me for the room and I had to show her my information on my phone and she was very rude how she treated us as the guest checking in.
Please keep in mind that it was very late like 11 something at night and we were super tired from the drive!!!!!

We absolutely loved the room, the friendliness of the staff, the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Cons:

The electricity went out around 8am. My husband had spine surgery a year ago and has trouble walking up and down stairs. I kept trying to ask questions however everyone in the hotel advised they weren't told anything. We were set to checkout and I could not get any clarification from anyone in regards to any advice on what is expected. The housekeeping couldn't even clean the rooms with the power out. Lack of communication was a major issue. I understand it was out of their hands but just communication.

The Shuttle service was PERFECT
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located to DFW airport and many of the attractions just across the interstate. There is a large mall with a bass pro shop attached, which was enjoyable during the breaks in our meetings.
There is a shuttle service available to guest staying at the hotel and it was most enjoyable not to have to move my car for the three daysthat I was there. I can say that the front desk staff as well as the shuttle drivers were most accommodating!
