Pros:

This place was very nice and big. I only stayed one night and I wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy it more! The room, bed, breakfast, everything was perfect and I slept like a baby!!

Pros:

I stayed at this property for several nights while attending a conference, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

On the first night, I was awakened by the sound of running water, only to discover sewage water backflowing from the sink drain and flooding the bathroom floor. I immediately contacted the front desk and was informed that maintenance would not arrive until 9:00 a.m., and that the hotel was sold out, so there were no available rooms to relocate me. The odor was overwhelming, and I ultimately had to ask a colleague if I could use his bathroom to prepare for the day.

What was most concerning was the apparent lack of urgency or concern from staff. I was eventually offered a smaller room, but without any rate adjustment, despite having paid for a suite. While the plumbing issue was addressed later that evening, there was no meaningful acknowledgment from management, nor a sincere apology for the disruption and inconvenience. The only compensation offered was a nominal amount of loyalty points, which did not feel proportionate to the severity of the situation.

Additionally, the overall condition of the property appeared dated and run down for a Hilton-branded hotel, with a noticeable mildew odor in common areas and room. While the stay may have been acceptable under different circumstances, it did not reflect the quality or service level expected at this price point or brand.

Given the experience, I cannot say the property offers value commensurate with its nightly rates.

Great value and location for DFW airport.
Pros:

Great value and location for flying out of DFW the next morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to the airport was great.

Cons:

That house keeping doesn’t make the beds and freshens the rooms up during the day, ie. makes beds refill shampoo or conditioner more coffee fresh towels and wash clothes. Also coffee as you come is is old and maybe lukewarm
