No concerns
Our bathroom was dirty. In three different places there was someone else’s hair stuck to the bath/shower walls. Two of the hairs being pubic hair. There was visible dirt or something that resembled that. Our room smelled of a heavy air freshener solution but it wasn’t very inviting. The pool and hot tub were non operating. Being from out of town the photos, reviews and location of the hotel felt mid leading too.
The Staff was very friendly and super helpful. If we had a problem they did everything they could to solve it. They made our stay very comfortable.
There were not enough rooms with queen bed options for handicapped accessible showers.
It was fine except we reserved a King room, but they sold out so we had to take a (2) Queen where my feet stick out over the bed (I’m 6’4”) plus the window was open and we couldn’t get it close tightly so we had extreme ROAD NOISE all night long.

If you are at all chemically sensitive not a good choice. Floral spray air freshener or cleaner of some type everywhere!
Breakfast was phenomenal. Location was nice. Price was excellent.
