We had a very pleasant stay and a good night rest.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very nutritious. They had snacks, ice cream and drinks to purchase in the lobby.

Cons:

The only issue was the shower was not draining on the first night. Come to find out, too much hair covered the drain that was located under the metal plate in the shower. Once removed, it drained good.

Was there to go to the ark and shop around, but I had more respect for the staff at Hampton than any where else we went

Pros:

The staff was friendly.
They reached out two to three times to ask if our stay was okay.
The kitchen staff was friendly, they kept the items refreshed and clean.
That was a big deal to us . We left with a very positive view of this location, it's staff, and the town.

Cons:

I found it difficult to select options on the television. The pool was not open.

The hotel was calmer and quieter, because everyone was going to the neighboring hotel for the amenities.

Cons:

The hotel was undergoing a full renovation.
We had to go to the neighboring hotel to use the gym and pool. If I had known the amenities at this hotel were not available due to renovations, I wouldn’t have booked this hotel.

Super comfortable beds and very clean facility.
Pros:

Well, the property was being remodeled, the staff were very accommodating in explaining how to get the things and being able to use the pool next-door. The beds were super comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Remodeling is unfortunately an inconvenience, but the value is so good for the nights that we stayed.

Dissapointed , we spent 2 days in hotel with no pool , and was expected to go to a hotel across the road for pool use .

Cons:

Pool was under construction . Dust from construction everywhere . This should have been made known before I booked the hotel . And it was more expensive than a hotel across from us that had a functioning pool .

It was decent. Don’t think they should have charged as much when they were doing a bunch of work on the main floor. Fa

Bed and room was comfortable. Was a clean room. Staff were very courteous. The location was very convenient. We usually always stay at a Hampton when we travel somewhere.

Cons:

They were in the middle of renovations in the pool and gym area so was a mess on the 1st floor. They also had a water leak coming from the ceiling on 1st floor you have to walk through to get to the elevator. They do not tell you this when you book the room online.
The guests on our floor were very loud and rude all throughout the night.

Cons:

I was not aware of construction that was taking place at the hotel until we arrived. This Hampton Inn is underway with a major construction project. We could hear construction during our stay which was disappointing.
