Pros:

Breakfast Fri was great. Breakfast Saturday was not staffed by the same super helpful people. The staff did fine but not as good as the staff during the week.

Maybe when they are done completing their renovations the staff will do a better job.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Staff was not at desk twice when I went to the front desk. First time was to check in and had to wait 10 minutes before he came out to tend to me. Even had to call the office phone to get attention. Second time was to check out and no one was there but there was a basket to drop off keys in.

The breakfast was about average. Fresh fruit was good.
My request for a shower chair was filled.

Cons:

Doors shut hard and was disturbing in the morning hours from other guests. My wife thought the bed was a little on the hard side.

We would stay here again, the staff was friendly and it was nice hotel.
Pros:

Convenient to the interstate and arc encounter, the hotel was clean. My kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast.

Cons:

They are doing construction so it’s a little confusing where to park and go in. If they had signs up it would help.

Pros:

The property was clean and the room was comfortable. The staff in the dining area (Debbie) were awesome so friendly and helpful. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The property was under renovation, the parking lot was terrible with very limited parking due to construction. There was no clear entrance for guest to enter the building. I would not stay there again until renovation is complete.

We really enjoyed ourselves and would stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice, and I was glad it was so close to the ark. Everyone was very friendly. Glad we had a room with a couch.

Cons:

Was a little disappointed that the people in the room next to us were extremely noisy. Their 3 year old child was slamming the doors and screaming in the hall after 10pm. For 3 night straight. I know it isn't the hotels fault but it wasn't pleasant.
