The Amazing Raven
Pros:

Raven at the front desk is AMAZING!!!. Give the girl a raise or promotion. She was multitasking all while staying calm. Our first hotel lost power so we had to rebook we were already stressed and when we got to the hotel we booked online they said it over booked. You could imagine how we were feeling. They sent us next door to our angel RAVEN!! Not only did she get us set up seamlessly she was also able to reserve a room for our friends who also had to make switch because loss of power!
The hotel is beautiful, we are at peace and she just made everything so simple!
Thank you Raven for kicking our March Break off right!

Our stay was very enjoyable and our room was clean and comfortable.

OK stop. Nothing special.
Pros:

It was OK.
They have put some money into upgrades, but it still seems to be rather basic.
Not the most comfortable bed……..but that is just me. TV was great.
Breakfast could have been better. Some of the choices were rather cheap—really. Have seen better at many motels recently.
Still a safe, decent choice. Not far from DTW.

A good , quick stop near Detroit Metro Airport
Pros:

Everything was clean.
Friendly check in lady when we arrived.
You can see it from the interstate.
I believe our room had been redone.

Cons:

Breakfast and coffee not that great. Coffee was waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too strong.
Building is sitting sideways on the lot so it can be quite a hike to get to the front door.
