Pros:

Everything about our stay was great. We were in town for our wedding anniversary weekend and this location was convenient. Staff friendly, room clean, breakfast satisfying.
Will return to this hotel if needed in the future.

The Area and hotel are ok, but the Staff were terrible. I arrived early and waited in Parking lot for 80 minutes for room to be ready. I was told I would be called but no one called. Later I was told by another Staff that they never call when rooms are ready. Basically I had to check in twice.

Very nice property close to the major highways, good, shopping….. wonderful staff like Keisha, Jesus, Arnie and the lady who works the over night shift….. they’re always willing to help, and since I’ve stayed there over 10 times welcome my family back each time

The only thing thst the hotel can't do nothing about is that the fire department is next store. So every call you going to hear the sirens 🚨. No matter what time it is.

Side door was out of service but the sign was so small that I was unaware and couldn’t read it until I was about to pull it open. I had to walk back to the front of the building with all my luggage. It was a bit annoying.
Please use a larger sign next time an entry door is out of service.

Worth every penny
Pros:

Love this hotel ! Tommy was super clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and every day they offered something different. They welcomed me in the tv and offered fresher baked cookies and the best coffee at our arrival. The place has vending machines and free ice too. All personal was very kind and helpful. I definitely will stay here on future trips.
