Pros:

I loved the beverage bar in the lobby! It was freezing out and I was able to get a warm cup of tea when I checked in! The front desk attendant who checked me in was also very efficient and was able to answer all my questions.

Cons:

The bed was so uncomfortable!

Great location, friendly staff, and very clean!

Staff was so friendly!!!

Cons:

People next door were very loud. Doors slamming, could hear their alarm every morning, extremely loud in the hallway and it happened every day/night. Not the hotels fault at all, just wish people were aware of how incredibly loud they are.

Breakfast on Saturday was fine but the breakfast on Sunday was excellent.

Cons:

The omelet on Saturday was hard. The maple sausages were very good. The potatoes were not hot.

Easy on/off major highway, yet the room was quiet.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, and the hours were perfect. When we arrived Christmas Eve, the lobby and eating area were beautifully decorated in a festive Christmas atmosphere! Loved the hot chocolate table and the 24/7 coffee bar!

Cons:

updated chair- height toilets would have been perfect!
