Clean
Breakfast was average. Quite expensive
Great location. Easy access. Very clean
A little pricey
Todo . Exelente
Rooms getting a bit rundown. Bathrooms not as “sparkling” clean looking as some other Hampton Inns we stayed in this trip.
Location
Carpet in hallways were not very clean. Bathroom sink did not drain well at all. For the money we paid we were disappointed 😞
The location was close to our event In Parrish
I arrived a little before check-in and was told my room was clean but not inspected so I could not get into it then I proceeded to wait another 45 minutes to an hour to get into our room. While we waited, I asked for a different room and I was told since I booked through a third-party I was not allowed to get a different room. There was no apology at the front desk. The woman were short with me and standoffish. Once we got to the room, it smelled like somebody had dumped a bottle of Febreze in it, the toxic smell was overwhelming. The reason I booked this hotel was because of all the great reviews it received, I don’t see how that is possible as the staff is anything but friendly. And the smell of whatever they’re spraying in the rooms is just horrific, especially for people with autoimmune issues… This is not creating a healthy environment for anyone. I think it’s a shame that they treat people who book through a third-party “less than” those who booked directly with you, I would think everybody should be treated the same as we are all customers of theirs.
All staff interactions were fantastic! Everyone fixed an issue or were just very friendly!
The shower in our room was either lukewarm or scalding hot, no inbetween!
Location very good. Breakfast omelette and sausage was like hospital food. Not a compliment..
Television and remote coupled with channels and being unable to tie in my fire stick regardless of the attempt by staff and call to # given for help was extremely disappointing. The software itself is either fixed to not allow it or otherwise. I tend to believe it was fixed to not allow it. The available selection of tv was atrocious. The lack of a call back on second day or attempt to fix my problem sealed the deal for me. Almost forgot, your ac wall pad with unit thru wall appears to not having been configured correctly, therefore not sensing temperature properly, I know because I do this for living many years and I heard it from others staying there in multiple rooms in my wedding party. Enough said….
very good
nothing
