Location was great. Appreciate the number of outlets including computer.

We liked our stay. Very similar to our stay at the Hampton Inn West Sant Cruz last month. I like how this Hampton Inn is located right off Highway 1….. it’s easy to get to, you don’t have to meander thru town and a bunch of stop lights to get there. The free morning breakfast was the same as West Sant Cruz….. which we liked a lot. The hotel and rooms didn’t look newly renovated as West’s, but it was still clean and comfortable. Definitely more quiet than West. Beds were comfortable. One downside was the A/C unit located under the window, right next to one of the double beds. It worked well and was easy to control and didn’t blow directly on the bed. Staff was great. Parking was behind the hotel, away from the main street.
Overall, we'd give it a 4.5..... since we didn't have any major issues, and we got what we expected out of this class of hotel, we decided to round up to a 5.

The "pool" is a joke, more like a large jacuzzi
Noise at night coming from an unknown source outside of my room. Some sort of machine turning off and on constantly kept me from sleeping. This is what I didn’t like.

Felt very secure knowing the property had security cameras and staff 24-7. Everything was so clean and loved that our room had a microwave. Breakfast was also great with so much variety!
The location was perfect for us.
It got a little loud during the night, which got me worried for the safety of the surroundings and for my car in the parking lot.
Clean well taken care of room with no funny smells.
The pillows were absolutely horrible. Was not able to sleep for more than an hour at a time because the heater kept making a loud repetitive noise.
