Kevin the manager was exceptional. He was friendly and helpful and made a gift bag for my daughter's birthday celebration. The room was clean and had the things I needed to host my sleepover. The breakfast is good as well.
I thought the front livingroom would be slightly bigger based on the photos I viewed. I also had to keep getting extra things like spoons for my guests because there was only one in the room for ice-cream. Extra trash bags because the cans are tiny. We had a birthday sleepover for my daughter and two of her friends.
It was a great experience for me and my family to return staying at this great facility again. I have been staying at least three or four times every year since 2023. Although every facet of service was great, one person in particular was very admirable and exceptional in his amazing support. That was Mr. Kevin Pereira, who was fantastic in his welcoming, kindness, smile, continuous concern about our safety and comfort level by troubleshooting any issues of concern and seeking how to help in any way he could. This behavior was not new to me, but I have been experiencing this kindness every time that I stayed. Thank you, dear Kevin, and will see you next time soon!!

I booked a suite for my granddaughter’s slumber party. I must say our entire experience was simply amazing. The booking process was super easy and fast. I arrived slightly early to ask if it would be possible to check in to decorate the suite. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a genuine warm smile by Kevin. He went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate my family and I. He gave us a tour of the hotel as this was our first stay there. The hotel was spotless. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We will most definitely recommend this establishment to everyone.
