Cons:

I could not find a way to get in contact with Booking.com. I was unable to stay the second night because of the major snow storm that St. Louis was getting on Saturday evening. I checked out of the hotel Saturday morning and wanted to call Booking.com to see if I could get a refund. There was no phone number that I could find and no way to notify on the website.

Fast and friendly check-in. Room was as promised. Very clean room and breakfast area.

Outside doors seemed to stick. Had push in on the door, then pull the door open.

Excellent staff and very helpful.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Breakfast was good too I would of liked to had a waffle but was disappointed it had buttermilk in the mix. Glad I asked first so I didn't become sick. Greatly appreciated the having almond milk for my cereal. We will stay again!!

Great place for the price
Pros:

One major perk was checking in from the app. I received a digital key so I did not have to make contact with anyone. We checked in around 12-1230am. Coffee was still hot. Extremely clean. They provide shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner and lotion. Morning breakfast was hot and great for the kids and whole family. Pool was extremely well kept. My room was immaculate my name was on the tv welcoming me. Had a great stay.
