The employees were very kind
I reserved the whirlpool room because my 10 year old grandson who has cerebral palsy was having intensive therapy for a solid week. This hotel was chosen specifically for this feature. When I contacted the hotel regarding the issue, they suggested I reach out to booking and that they would make it right. After over a month of a runaround back-and-forth between booking and the hotel, no refund at all was ever given.
The location was amazing and the staff was really nice. The loved sitting outside in the court yard.
There were a lot of kids playing in the elevator and running up and the down hall. We also had some long black hair under the bathroom sink that was not from us.
Nice people
Fire alarm went off 2 times in the night. I was on second floor and could hear everything above me. Kept me awake
