Not perfect but good enough
Pros:

Our stay wasn't perfect. Our toilet leaked a little, but my husband fixed it. Our neighbors in the room next to us were loud but dealable with. I'm still giving 5 stars due to the clean rooms, comfy beds, yummy breakfast, and helpful staff. This hotel is also in a super convenient location, and we would stay here again if in the area.

Professional staff under pressure
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and kind. We arrived when the hotel was having computer issues company-wide. Alex got us calmly and quickly checked in. Unfortunately, when we unlocked our room, we discovered that it was already occupied! Alex was able to upgrade us to an available suite in a very reasonable amount of time. I am sure it was a very stressful shift for her, but she was calm, capable and friendly.

Our room was clean and quiet and spacious

Cons:

The elevators were another adventure. The day we arrived, one was not working. The other one would shake the further up it went. On the day we checked out, the notice on the non-working elevator had been removed, so my husband and another couple decided to give it a try, as we were all a little cautious of the loud shaky elevator. It quickly became apparent that this was a bad choice when the elevator stalled between two floors. They called the emergency phone, and while it was answered by hotel staff, they were not able to hear the elevator passengers. After pressing the button for another floor, the elevator finally began working again and they were able to get off and take the stairs the rest of the way down.

Pros:

We liked the second small table adjacent to the couch which provided a second place to eat our take-out dinner. Also the location was one block away from many take-out restaurants.

A little noisy, but overall good stay at a great price.
Pros:

This is a really nice property. It is well located in south Tulsa right across the street from Woodland Hills Mall. I did rank them as 4 stars due to rather thin walls. We heard our neighbor's alarm going off and TV. Not that they were being noisy, but Hampton Inn's usually aren't the quietest of places to stay. Overall, good stay at a great price.
