Each time I come there has been issues with the room. However, Amy at guest services is the reason for 4 stars versus lower. If I could rate her alone it would be 5 stars. When the pullout bed wouldn’t work and maintenance said it was “broken” and dropped off a cot, Amy came up to my room and helped me un-break the bed. She didn’t need to do this but she also definitely cares about her guests. It’s because of people like her that work here that we come back each year. Thank you Amy - I hope your other teammates will figure it out soon.
Just checked in after a terrible experience with another resort. From the moment we walked in we knew we would love this place! Amy checked us in and was amazing! Thank you!
Great location breakfast could have been a little better but overall 10 out of 10 would recommend actually I’m booking my next stay for next month

the price for the room and parking. The room was very small
There was a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom-- water found was coming into the hallway floor and carpet. Could not get all channels on TV-- staff came to the room--he could not make it work--Iike CNN--could not watch it. In order to get into the room--the staff came up to say--I had to bring the door towards me before I inserted the key. I ordered a meatball sub-- bread was burned-- they wanted me to come back down to pick up another bun--I just discarded the sub--after paying over $700. For a 2 day stay-- they hit me with a $58.00 charge for parking my car-- who does that?

The hotel is great, we really enjoyed the amenities (pool, lazy river), breakfast was also really good. Have access to the beach which is amazing. Amy from the front desk was also very helpful. We have an amazing stay.
Friendly staff and the location was great.
It had been five years since we had stayed at this hotel and this time there were 18 of us between parents, kids, and grandkids. I can confidently say that every family member from 2 years old to 62 years old had a wonderful time and never lacked something to do. The location, amenities, and proximity to everything made it the perfect hotel for us. Jennifer at the front desk was especially helpful and so kind to our family. Sad our time in Myrtle Beach is over. Can’t wait to come back! I’m done with VRBO and Air B&B when this is so much nicer.
Stayed only one night before heading out to Charleston so experience is limited. Front desk was mostly understaffed but Jennifer was amazing and very helpful! Breakfast was what was expected. There were other food offerings but when I tried them either closed or staff absent. Ocean view room was beautiful but to pay over $400/nightfor a Hampton is overpriced. Cost to rent chairs and umbrella on the beach is $50/day or $83/2 days. I knew about this ahead of time but you only get until 4 pm and they pack it up. Linda on the beach was amazing and completely overworked IMO because she wasn’t give a vehicle to haul the chairs and umbrellas around the beach. Overall a nice stay but not sure if I would do again.

Amy at the front desk was so helpful & friendly; explained about breakfast, pools, parking, etc when checking us in.
Amy went above & beyond after my 72 year old husband fell off premises. She provided antiseptic, etc. to clean his wound even though she was still checking in customers. We were so appreciative of her kindness.
