Patio was dirty
The room was awesome. View of the beach beautiful. Breakfast exceptional. There is a restaurant in the building., The beach was awesome they have wonderful pool, Need more heated pools and maintain it better. To many like it and can get dirty fast. Careful with bleach in the heated pool. The staff was exceptional. Some very quite and serious but will attend to your need when needed. Many very respectful. Parking are 4 floors. Basement, lobby, 2nd and 3rd floor. Only exit and entrance on P, L, 2, 3. To hotel attached. Walking distance to Walmart Market Place for food only gas station cheap. 3 long blocks but hot weather. Car drive 3 minutes. Alcoholic and non alcoholic exceptionally delicious.
The soaps, shampoo where not filled up before we got there. But we brought our own. They should fill for other that don't have any or bring anything with them. Can ask front desk for supplies.my mom and son complained ceiling seems low with fan. So be careful. Carpet should be cleaner, but I understand because we are by a beach. Not liking the pizza in the building, can be better. But every other food is exceptional and delicious. There is a restaurant 1 block aways check dates and time. I went when it was closed.
Staff were friendly, location was good, we really liked the large variety of breakfast foods, and that the hotel was pet friendly.
Sadly I had to call the front desk on our last night because when we returned from dinner we encountered and killed two brown bugs. One when we turned on the kitchen light and one when we turned on a bathroom light. The front desk offered to move us to another room but we denied since we were leaving the next morning.
Staff greeted us and were friendly and polite.

Bed was comfy, view was great. I liked you had to have a key card to get in from pool.
The pool was not indoors! It was covered by the parking deck. I felt very mislead on this! The TV was difficult to get our Firestick to connect to due to the internet. The breakfast was lackluster. And the parking and towers were difficult to navigate as they didn't connect.
I didn’t have a chance to stay because they cancelled my reservation while I was on the way
Loved the staff very polite and helpful. Pools nice. Loved the little ice cream and pizza place in the hotel. The little young lady in the ice cream parlor was so sweet. And one of the service men in the hotel and pool area , and male staff in am breakfast bar that attended the brkfast bar were all very helpful.
The location is perfect and they have several pools but two were closed for renovations.
Seems there wasn’t enough staff for the volume of people staying. Also construction was going on during our stay.
There was nothing I liked about the property. This hotel did not seem like a Hilton brand. The ocean was nice.
The room looked like a motel 8. The carpet was so dirty and stained I walked around in my shoes...took a shower in flip flops. The kitchen was full of dust and hadn't been wiped down. The staff did not know what they were doing. I exended my stay the night before. Swiped my credit card and was told all was good. Next day sent my husband down to get my new key like we were told and one the staff members wouldn't give him the key because he needed to swipe my card. He came back to the room and I called down to the front desk and explained the situation to another staff member who trashed the first staff member by saying he doesn't know what he's doing. She told us to come back and get the key so my husband did. Two hours later that same staff member called my room to ask if we were checking out. I frustratedly told her she had just spoke to me she then states well I don't see where you extended your stay. I advised her that was staff and managements issue and they needed to work together to determine what was going on because I did my part. I ended the call and I'm assuming they figured it out. I can assure I will never stay at this hotel again.
We liked the balcony best.
We didn't like the parking, not recommended for full size pickup trucks. Nor did we like the surprise $25/night parking fee.
