The location was perfect. You can stroll right onto the beach from the pool area. The room was clean and comfortable. When I messaged the hotel to ask for extra towels and blankets the staff was so polite and fast to deliver. The breakfast included in the stay was great! There are so many options and the kids loved the waffle maker. The best part was the ocean view balcony. Morning coffee watching and listening to the ocean never gets old. The pools and hot tubs were wonderful. I appreciated seeing security guards walking the halls and parking garage.
The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the parking garage. The spaces seemed a bit tight. This isn’t a dealbreaker for me at all! You just have to be careful because not everyone pays attention to the direction you should be driving.
This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in! From the customer service representative, Amy, to the room!! Amy was so helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable!! The room had plenty of views of the pool and ocean!! Will definitely book here again!!

Let me tell you first and foremost… the initial check in experience was incredible! Amy was super stoked about our arrival and went above and beyond to make sure we knew everything we needed to about check in and the facility. It felt like we were arriving to visit our family and friends. Even the sweet woman cleaning the hallway was so kind! And might I say… Amy’s green nails looked so great!

I go out of my way to stay here just for the vibes and level of service. The property layout is amazing for family vaca or a quick business trip, but Amy at front desk operations embodies the definition of hospitality. She is warm, friendly, sharp, detail oriented - I hope corporate leadership hears me when I say - employees like this are the heartbeat of your assets. If you keep people like Amy happy, empowered, and professionally developed - she will keep your brand operating at its fullest potential!
Everything was beautiful, nice clean, comfortable.
Parking, I think paying for parking is starting to be a clutch for all these places. It's getting out of hand.
Amy at the front desk greeted me warmly. She got to the point, told me how parking works, continental breakfast details, and restaurant hours. Everything was to the pint but not impersonal. She briefly shared a vacation memory of her own when I remarked on the weather.
I travel quite a bit, and I've never had as warm of a Welcome as I received from ANGIE! Her smile was bright, personality bubbly, and her care to make sure we had everything we needed was above and beyond. I had just come off a 12-hour drive, and she made me feel like I was home.
I often complain that customer service is going extinct, but Angie proved that it's alive & well at the Hampton in Myrtle Beach. Do whatever it takes to keep her! She represents your brand beautifully, and her kind of care is one in million these days 🧡

Having to pay for parking is ridiculous!
My family and I stayed at this hotel from May 10th to the 13th as part of a Mother's Day Getaway.
Although kind of small, our two queen bed room was JUST big enough to accommodate us all, including my mother, who's in a wheelchair. Unfortunately, the weekend was so busy that they didn't have any accesible rooms available, so we made due.
The hotel is located right on the beach and was about a 15 minute walk or a 7 min drive to the "strip" where most of the attractions are. Only about 10 min drive to Broadway, another place with many shopping plazas, entertainment centers, and restaurants.
What really made our stay memorable were the people and staff!! Everyone was SO friendly and helpful and everyone we talked to treated us like family instead of hotel guests.
Special shout-out to Ms. Amy and Ian at the front desk for accommodating my family ensuring we had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The free waters y'all gave us literally kept us from heat exhaustion, thank you! ❤️ And thank you for being so kind!
Also want to shout out the breakfast attendants that served us and kept the breakfast bar stocked and well maintained ! Michelle, Nakeya, and Mario are a team to be reckoned with! Not only was the bar kept stocked and clean during peak hours, everything was fresh and you could tell they put a lot of effort into ensuring that guests are enjoying their meal. I didn't get to talk to Ms. Michelle much but Nakeya and Mario went about and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay. I had my 6 year old with me as well as my mom, who is disabled, and they did things like; watch my baby while I fixed my Mom's plate, held open doors, and even grabbed me a drink once i finally was able to sit down.
Overall, the location, cleanliness, and amenities at this hotel are amazing but it's really the staff that make this place spectacular.

Hotel is in a great location! Jennifer at the desk was amazing, breakfast crew was busy but working hard and Zack at the new pool bar was the perfect bartender and the grass area was super comfortable! I wasn’t a huge fan of Melissa at the restaurant bar, she was slow getting to us and was standing around complaining about being too busy rather than helping us, there wasn’t many people in there when we visited the restaurant.

Sue was excellent, in explaining all the amenities and guiding us along the trajectory of the property. She made sure that we knew exactly where to park our vehicle for easier access into building. She instructed us on the whereabouts of the gym and detailed the breakfast in the early morning hours. Sue was pleasant, thoughtful and very knowledgeable of the hotel's surroundings.
Michael at the front desk was friendly and helpful!!
