Hampton Inn & Suites Myrtle Beach Oceanfront

We decided to try a little wintertime get away, was great. We picked out which type room we wanted and Sharhonda took care of everything else. Once we arrived Michael, at the front desk, handled any questions and concerns we had. He did an excellent job too. Everything went so smooth, we booked some time for next year also.

Love this hotel! Its great spot on the boulevard with a delicious restaurant called the Reel! Sue was amazingly helpful and courteous when checking us in and the concierge Marlon was very informative and offered bonus points for us as members! Will be staying again <3

The staff was friendly and everything was perfect

John at the front desk is the best ever!! He was very helpful I came in and we were supposed to be here at 4 but had a blowout and when I tell you this man made my sadness turn into the best smile ever he did that!!! We will definitely be staying here everytime we come down from now on!!! John you are the best and I just wanna applaud you for your big heart and that beautiful smile❤️❤️❤️

Angie was the best employee, besides John! they are definitely great with their customer service, & it really shows! 10/10 definitely recommend! you guys will not be sorry for the stay!

Breakfast good

My husband and I have been snowbirds now for the last 2 winters. We love our home away from home and the wonderful staff that go over and above to make our 4 month stay comfortable. There are so many to mention for the great service they provide daily but here are just a few I would like to give kudos to: Jennifer,Amy,Angie at the front desk
Evelia, Gloria in housekeeping, Todd in maintenance and in the restaurant Dave,Steven,Bre and Alyssa who make sure we enjoy our time and meal.
If you want a great stay in Myrtle Beach, this is where you should consider staying.

Treated w respect from start! Rooms were beyond expectation! Restaurant was excellent breakfast! Hostess, Nickea?, wonderful personality n fun to chat with! Micheal, desk manager, was very nice n went above n beyond to accommodate our needs, comfort! Sue, lady that checked us in was so helpful w accommodations n getting my parking set up! These folks made our R&R so much better than we ever expected! I go educated, about, Smack Yo Mamma seasoning! Worth the trip for the education!

The breakfast team here is elite! Huge thanks to Nakeya Ellerbee, Michelle Edmonds, Camille Fearon, Melissa Antonini, and Demaine Ball. They are incredibly professional and attentive, managing the morning rush with ease while making every guest feel right at home. It’s rare to find this level of genuine hospitality at a hotel breakfast. 10/10 experience!

Angie made my stay wonderful. My reservation was messed up with them giving me the wrong room but Angie fixed it with no problem. I was really happy cause I didn't like being in a room I did not book. She also has excellent customer service. She greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant. Thank you so much Angie ☺️ my room was also nice and very comfortable

Great hotel on the beach front

What an amazing start to our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Myrtle Beach! From the moment we walked into the lobby at 9 AM on check-in day, Amy greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was incredibly accommodating—getting us into our room by 9:15 AM and even surprising us with a beautiful upgrade!

We were also able to make it to the complimentary breakfast before 10 AM, and it was absolutely delicious! Everything about our experience so far has been fantastic. We’re so happy we chose to stay here and will definitely be coming back again!
