It was very close to the airport, also to a Walmart.
There is a construction going on inside and outside the building and we didn’t know about it. No heated water in the pools except jacuzzi.

Our soup was ice cold and they charged me twice for parking.
My stay at this hotel was great. Amy and Angie at the front desk are amazing hosts. They provided excellent customer service and was very welcoming from the beginning. They ensured my room was accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The only thing that is a downside at this hotel, is that the rooms need to be upgraded. The carpet is worn and there is visible mold in the corners of the bathroom showers and tub. The corner of the doors looked liked they were chewed by a pet and there was missing baseboard tiles in the bathroom. Secondly, the complimentary breakfast options are not that great and the food was not hot. Although, the restaurant on site serves good food and the prices are reasonable. Overall, what made my stay great was the service I was provided by Amy and Angie. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
Amy was by far the best service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Extremely kind, quick service and upgraded us at no cost for our birthdays. She noticed we were in town for a Hilton tour and saw that we didn’t have an oceanfront room. She instantly rebooked us before we arrived with a better room AND then upgraded us again after we checked in. Highly recommend the hotel and when you arrive, ask for Amy. The most stylish and kindest front desk hotel staff member ever!
We had a quick one night stay for business, but oh my gosh, everything was outstanding! Even though the hotel was undergoing renovations, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We want to give a specific shout out to Amy at the front desk… she answered all of our questions and gave recommendations that were very helpful. Hey Amy, nice upgrade! When we return to Myrtle Beach for family we’ll definitely stay here! We’ll have it all… Beachfront, lazy, river, swimming, pool, pools, beach bar, great meals, and a staff that is out of this world.

We decided to try a little wintertime get away, was great. We picked out which type room we wanted and Sharhonda took care of everything else. Once we arrived Michael, at the front desk, handled any questions and concerns we had. He did an excellent job too. Everything went so smooth, we booked some time for next year also.
