I would stay elsewhere for the price I paid
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

This place was not clean. The bathroom in our room was barely cleaned. We were scared to take a shower without shoes on. Also, the beds seemed like it was already slept in (sheets appearing dirty). We spoke to the front desk about this several times.

I like that there were lots of pools my kids enjoyed that

Cons:

It took forever to check in; the staff were moving slow and I didn't like some of the front desk staff they weren't helpful or nice. Some common areas were dirty, our room had a stain on the carpet. It took them forever to get our room ready

The server (black guy) on Tuesday night and he does breakfast is very very awesome!! Hope he keeps up the awesome work!!

Cons:

Paying for parking at the hotels parking deck. I travel a lot and I believe this is the first time I had to pay an additional cost to park at the hotel where I'm staying. Billing was messed up and somehow we were billed refunded and had to pay again at checkout. Now were waiting on a portion of that refund to come. 3 to 5 business days of course. Staff member was not very cordial at check-in.

Requested a room in higher floor when I arrived they put me and my wife on the first floor next to people who had dogs and my wife is severely allergic dogs were in every room seemingly never any towels for the pool rooms weren’t serviced properly construction going on right outside my balcony breakfast was terrible overall bad experience should’ve went to the landmark it’s a lot nicer never staying at the Hampton inn
