Breakfast and coffee was good.
The beds were extremely firm, like trying to sleep on a board. The rug in our room was dirty, as was the elevator carpet and wall. The night clerk seemed very disinterested in checking us in, and didn't tell us where our room was and how to get to them. For $175 a night we expected better cleanliness, directions, and service. Hampton you should do better.
Very conveniently located along our route after a long drive. Check-in was quick, and the facilities are well maintained. This is a family-friendly hotel.

Hotel is old, needs remodeling, carpets need to be cleaned. Has an old lingering cigarette smell (or some kind of smell).
Height traffic area carpeting could use a cleaning or replacment
The place is run down. Carpet was FILTHY and worn out. All of the upholstered furniture was stained. Our room had a terrible smell from the carpet and we were afraid to walk on it with bare feet . Very disappointed. When we travel we like to stay at Hampton Inns but this was, by far, the WORST.
There were many items to choose from. Eggs, potatoes, bacon, oatmeal, waffles, coffee, juices and many more. Great variety!
Breakfast was good
This hotel needs a renovation badly. The hallway carpet is disgraceful. The trash around the property is obscene. The price for a night stay is borderline robbery.

It was a good location.
I had a bad experience. I showed up, got a room and with my wife and kids walked up to our room walked in on people staying in the room. Super uncomfortable. Had to wait 20min after a 3 hour drive with the kids to get a room that wasn’t occupied because someone did not verify check in on someone who was staying there already. Manager on duty said she would make it right and discount it but I have since then been given no contact, call back, or anything. Rooms smelled unpleasant as long as the water. I did not want to leave a bad review but I have pretty much been ghosted since my card was already charged.
Look I’ve stayed in a lot of newer hotel builds but this one has essentially cardboard walls. We were woken up by traffic and other people in the hotel literally throughout the night despite bringing a white noise machine.
