Great place to stay.
Pros:

The gentleman at the concierge desk was super helpful and very friendly. The room was super clean and spacious. I was given early check in which was great since my flight home had been canceled. The prices were very reasonable for the room and location.

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say about this place. It was what I needed for my circumstances.

Do not stay here
Pros:

Stayed at the hotel with my husband and kids. We had 2 rooms. The rooms were old with broken nightstands, dirty carpets, etc etc. Our friends stayed on the same floor and had to switch rooms due to a mouse situation. I would not recommend. Gross.

My first stay at a Hampton. Would have expected it to be better.
Pros:

Not very much to be honest

Cons:

Room was so worn. Furniture was worn, outdated. Carpet in room and hallways felt dirty. Water ponded on the floor outside of the shower after use. Room felt stuffy and poorly ventilated. Lighting was very harsh and clinical.

The staff were great very friendly , breakfast was super good . Poops do hot tub are amazing very nice size for each. The rooms are absolutely beautiful

Horrible
Pros:

Everything was wrong from the first time we stepped into the hotel. The room they gave us look like it hadn’t been touched in months. We were left a half a roll of toilet paper, we didn’t even have a phone in our room, we didn’t have a dresser to put in our clothes for a seven day stay between two adult adults and lived out of our suitcases for the whole seven days. Outside our window to our first room they had huge air-conditioning units that were extremely loud. Our bed looked 20 years old with mattress ripped up underneath. You could tell that there was mold on the ceiling that they just painted over. We complained and they gave us a new room that was really no better when it came to mold on the ceilings that was painted over and mold under the bathroom sink and in the crevices that you could plainly see when standing at the sink. We asked for our bed linen to be changed after days of being there and they took our dirty towels and didn’t leave new towels and they took our trash and didn’t leave trash liners.. the breakfast was subpar and we ended up eating out for breakfast most of the time. The pool water was dirty. You couldn’t see the bottom and it had some sheen floating on top of it so we couldn’t use the pool. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work so we had to go to the first floor to use that ice machine and it was always leaking on the floor and they had a fan on the carpet at all times. The elevator didn’t show that it was even inspected on either elevator and I brought this up to them and they said that they kept it at the office which I believe the law states you have to show it in each elevator where there is a slot for the piece of paper. We were on the elevator one day and the door shut and then opened, and the light started blinking on and off along with the lights in the adjoining hallway right across from us, standing in the elevator which we reported to the front desk and they didn’t seem alarmed or even shocked. We took the stairs after that

Cons:

The hotel was a train wreck from start to finish. We were looking for a comfortable clean place to stay for seven whole days of vacation with our family. We would never stay at this hotel again. They said they were under construction on the fourth floor, but what does that have to do with the first second and third floor? Even after our first room of not having a phone in it, our second room had a phone, but it had the numbers for the fourth floor so whenever we tried to log into the Internet, it wouldn’t allow us to so I had to give it the old room number and then it worked, which is very confusing. This hotel needs to get their act together.

Had a nice running in the room 2 days of my stay. Toilet ran consistently. Room service only took place once. Horrible experience
