Disappointing, felt ignored, overpriced
Pros:

It was clean and close to the airport

Cons:

Staff was unfriendly. When I asked if we could apply AAA or senior discount she said we would have had to do that on line. I never saw a place to do that and since the online booking said our money wouldn’t be taken until we arrived, I thought I could do that then. My elderly 84 year old sister and I were placed on the fourth floor almost the farthest room.
Our first room had no ice bucket and the tv didn’t work. Contacted desk clerk who said someone would
be up with one. After 1/2 hour I went downstairs to inquire and she moved us to the room next door. That room has an ice bucket but we couldn’t get the tv to work. I called the desk 3 times in the next 20 minutes and got no answer. I went down to the desk with my phone ringing and no one was in sight. I said “hello “ several times and the clerk came from down the hall. She scowled at me then said she would get us a different room. We called and she said she put us on the first floor and it had an ice bucket and working tv. It did. However the ice machine on that floor was broken !
I feel like I paid way too much for too little. I always book Hilton line hotels and this one Was so substandard.

Pros:

The super comfortable bed. The location- easy access to beaches and right off the highways. Hot breakfast was delicious with variety. Pool was clean no crowd at all. It was a beautiful staycation. Great value.

Cons:

Property was clean, love the open space in lobby and sitting area.

Pros:

Arrived late after long flight. 11 pm. Nice front desk people. Went to room 416. Exhausted. Room smelled bad. Dirty. Floors gritty. Wet. Bed mattress damp. Tried to sleep but smell so bad kept coughing. Unable to breathe. Called desk. Got a different room. Had to move belongings at 2 am. The worst experience. Don’t go. Plenty of hotels in area
