The gentleman on the front desk was very helpful. I needed to set up transportation to the airport. I’m elderly and he took his time to help me set up the Lyft app on my phone which would have been very difficult for me to do.

Arrived after driving 5 hours to a the tv in the room that didn't work! Also the phone in the room didn't work! Took 3 hours to get the tv situation fixed. Maintenance man and the front desk man in our room multiple times! One worker smelling like marijuana stunk up are whole room! I just wanted to relax not deal with this for 3 hours after driving 5 hours!! Toilet had plumbing issues so are toilet had to be plunged 3 times!!!! By the same Maintenance man that smelled like marijuana!! It was a nightmare, the Maintenance man also told us this was the worst Hilton to stay at in Rhode Island we'll thanks for the heads up!!
Nothing, it was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I will never stay at the hotel or brand hotel again.
Customer service was horrible, they are dishonest, and lie about room classification. There is a clear difference between a queen size bed and a king size bed and charged me for the latter. The room was not clean, the hotel was not clean, with orange peels left on the floor from someone and housekeeping did not clean for the entire stay in the hallways. The manager on duty should be fired, he was a disrespectful, ignorant, and smug about the whole situation. I will NEVER stay at a Hampton Inn a d will tell as many people I can to never support this hotel chain.
The staff at this hotel went above and beyond - thank you, D! I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were worn and dated but they were clean. I think the hotel is remodeling now, so hopefully it'll get a nice refresh soon.
Reservations said rooms were renovated, hardly the case. The elevator made horrible noises and its floors were filthy. Snow removal was poor. Stairs, walkways and handicapped parking were covered in snow from a storm two weeks earlier. Brown water and no hot water was a surprise no one told us about even thought they had boiler maintenance scheduled. We usually love our stays with the Hilton family and are Diamond members but this location fell way short.
The gentleman at the concierge desk was super helpful and very friendly. The room was super clean and spacious. I was given early check in which was great since my flight home had been canceled. The prices were very reasonable for the room and location.
I have nothing negative to say about this place. It was what I needed for my circumstances.
Stayed at the hotel with my husband and kids. We had 2 rooms. The rooms were old with broken nightstands, dirty carpets, etc etc. Our friends stayed on the same floor and had to switch rooms due to a mouse situation. I would not recommend. Gross.
