Staff/customer service poor room service and getting a different room upon arrival without notification cold turkey sausage/egg omelets and watery scrambled eggs for breakfast

Pros:

Everything was excellent. Convenient location for my needs. Super clean, very well kept. Comfortable beds and the amenities are very appreciated. Even the breakfast was awesome!
