Place to stay when visiting Prescott
Pros:

Such a great Experience
It started at check-in Chris Angel no not that Chris Angel, but another one checked me in - He was welcoming and had excellent Customer Service Skills. Of course, he had no magic tricks to show, but was very helpful with the information I would need for my stay, including fresh cookies and breakfast available. The room was very nice and spacious. We stayed on the 3rd floor. It was clean with plenty of towels, coffee, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
The breakfast was good and well presented, and the ladies were on top of it, making sure it was stocked and clean. The pool layout was the best I have seen and it was heated. The location was perfect to get to downtown and Whiskey Row. Overall, it was a good value, great atmosphere will stay again when I go to Prescott.

Folks were service oriented

Cons:

Smoke seal on door missing. Allowed sound the leak from outside in and inside out. Reported to staff but they’re long lead items.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! Friendly staffs, clean facility, good breakfast. Close to city center (10 mins drive)
Pros:

We really like the fact they have an indoor pool and jacuzzi. This is such a great bonus. Breakfast are included, staffs are very friendly, waffles are great.

Cons:

Coffee / water/ tea station could be kept up a bit better. But again, appreciate most of the time they do keep it up
