An awesome first experience in Prescott! With wonderful people who run the facility 🫶
Pros:

This Prescott location was very clean. Had very pleasant & helpful staff! Pam was so nice to give us good locations to eat.

Cons:

Really the only thing I didn’t enjoy was the bed. It was harder.. which if you have a hip or joint problem might not be very helpful. I slept great the first night but the two days after were not so great. For short term may be ok but long term not so much.

Cosy & Clean rooms - Delicious breakfast
Pros:

For our road trip that was perfect location. We stayed only 1 night. Bathroom and room were nice and clean. We also enjoyed lovely breakfast.

Cons:

Meybe matress was slightly too soft - my opinion only.

I asked for a room near by brother and they were very accommodating. Staff was excellent.
Pros:

Staff was excellent and very friendly. Very clean and comfortable facility.

Cons:

It was pricey. I would have enjoyed a couch or soft chair instead of the chaise lounge for TV watching.

Wonderful staff and Hotel!
Pros:

I love this hotel!! I love that everytime I stay they are all so caring and personable!! They truly act as if they are family to me! The beds are comfortable ( which is my most important issue other than customer service). And the hotel is clean and cozy. I want to give a shout out to Zac for going above and beyond for me. It made my stay PERFECT! And thank you Pam for a wonderful check in experience! I hope all of the staff knows how important they are and how much they are appreciated!!

Place to stay when visiting Prescott
Pros:

Such a great Experience
It started at check-in Chris Angel no not that Chris Angel, but another one checked me in - He was welcoming and had excellent Customer Service Skills. Of course, he had no magic tricks to show, but was very helpful with the information I would need for my stay, including fresh cookies and breakfast available. The room was very nice and spacious. We stayed on the 3rd floor. It was clean with plenty of towels, coffee, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
The breakfast was good and well presented, and the ladies were on top of it, making sure it was stocked and clean. The pool layout was the best I have seen and it was heated. The location was perfect to get to downtown and Whiskey Row. Overall, it was a good value, great atmosphere will stay again when I go to Prescott.
