Great staff and clean rooms but the odor was unpleasant.

The staff was kind and polite. The gym was clean and had great new machines. The complimentary beverages and breakfast were good!

The only issue we had was a strong sewage-like odor in our room and bathroom. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from, but it seemed like it may have been related to the plumbing. When we turned on the water faucet, there was also a noticeable sulfur-like smell, and the air conditioner had an unpleasant odor as well.

We noticed the smell the most when we would leave the room and return. It was unfortunate because, aside from the odor, the room itself was very clean and the facility was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but hopefully the plumbing or ventilation issue can be addressed for future guests.

Comfortable, great breakfast, & a good weekend place to be.
Pros:

Chase, Liliana & others were courteous & helpful.
Breakfast staff very nice & efficient. Loved all.

Cons:

Low level noise in room during night, even with air conditioner on off. Maybe some refrigerator soft noise. However, we slept well.

Big Screen While sipping a Drink.
Pros:

Very Clean, Staff was very Plesant, Free Amenities, Parking Garage Secure.

Cons:

No Bar Area for a quick Drink, maybe a big screen T.V. in Lobby to show sports, so guests can hang out a bit.

Overcharged, double!!!
Pros:

I just stayed there this weekend. At check-in, they placed a $700 hold on my bank card for the full amount of the stay. Then, at checkout, I was charged the full amount again, meaning I essentially needed to have double the cost of my stay available in my account. I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties and have never experienced this before. I was told the original $700 hold would eventually be released and that I should contact my bank. This policy really should be clearly communicated to guests ahead of time, especially since it can tie up a significant amount of money.
