How do you run out of towels in a motel? How do you not keep the breakfast filled?

The property was clean. It looked as if it was a decent motel, and we didn’t have any issues with our room.

Cons:

They ran out of towels! They ran out of plates cups and silverware in the breakfast area and food every morning!

Cons:

El desayuno fue de pésima calidad. Desde el primer día se acabaron los huevos y nos informaron que no habría reposición porque el encargado no se presentó. La máquina de waffles y las bebidas no funcionaban y nadie dio solución.

El servicio de limpieza fue prácticamente inexistente: solo limpiaron una noche durante toda la estancia. No repusieron shampoo ni acondicionador a pesar de solicitarlo varias veces, no sacaron la basura ni tendieron las camas. El último día limpiaron muy tarde y de manera muy deficiente.

Además, el estacionamiento era inseguro, con vidrios rotos por todos lados, señal clara de robos frecuentes, lo cual generó mucha preocupación.

Experiencia muy por debajo de lo esperado.

Disappointed and won’t be back
Pros:

Nothing. I tried to check in online, get a preassigned room on the first floor and digital key. Couldn’t get a digital key, got a room on the second floor. The soap container in the room was empty. The poppy seed bagel at breakfast had fungus on it. Sign stated breakfast was better 6-10am, told by unfriendly staff, who wasn’t at the desk when we arrived, although she saw us walking in. Jeez what a fail.
