Not much at all.

Cons:

Everything and they had my reservations messed up. Bookings.com then erased my other trip that was saved and booked down the road all cause booking.com and hotel didn't conversat very well at all. They had my booking all messed up witch i had already paid for 2 rooms and they tried telling me I didn't. But it was clearly stayed on my account.

Pros:

Staff were very nice. The breakfast was great and the fresh ground coffee near the entrance anytime you need to get coffee was good. Beds comfy. Located near the interstate.

We were just there to sleep. It was clean and comfortable. We would recommend staying here. Can't comment on breakfast. Too tired to get up early.

Cons:

The room had no black out curtain so even with everything we tired the room never got dark (especially being right outside the awning light). Breakfast was basically shut down 30-45min from their stop time. We had, had trouble at a previous visit where they switch which room we booked. But we had decided to give them a second chance. Definitely won’t be back now.

Pros:

The room smelled and looked freshly cleaned on arrival. The accommodations were enjoyable and the breakfast was better than most places I've stayed. Shout out to whoever made the coffee,it was perfection!

Very nice staff. Location was nice. Walkable to DT New Albany

Cons:

Wish there was small bar, small food restaurant in lobby. But everything was great.
