Great staff and clean, comfortable room
Pros:

Extremely helpful staff after my flight was delayed and I arrived late. (Nearly midnight) Night manager went out of her way to ensure that I was settled and comfortable, even delivering items to my room. Room is comfortable (bed is great), clean, and the blackout shade on the window is wonderful. Hotel was fully booked but I had no issue finding parking.

Cons:

There was an issue with housekeeping not having rooms ready, but the manager was on it and made sure that I was assigned a clean and more than suitable room.

Don’t recommend at all
Cons:

The room was absolutely disgusting. Smelled horrible like mildew and weed. The pool was NASTY. So cloudy you couldn’t see your own feet. Chunks floating everywhere. Smelled like an old dirty fish tank. The elevator kept getting stuck and making a loud boom.

The only problem. That we had is we moved all our stuff in unpacked took a shower then noticed the heater did not work.

Bring pillows and house slippers - very cold floors
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant. The bed was extremely comfortable, with the exception of the pillows. The room was very clean but no tissues, and only one garbage can. Also, and very quiet hotel, which was very nice

Cons:

The bathroom was SO COLD the floor was painful to our feet and we weren't able to shower because of the cold. We actually had to take all the towels and put them on the floor so we could use the facilities during the night

Also, the heater was very loud.
