Location and friendly staff.

Cons:

The night stand had some kind of build up, that might’ve been melted rubber or plastic or some residue. The shower ceiling had a couple long hairs stuck to it. The iron leaked/ expelled rusted water on a white piece of clothing , staining it in multiple places.

Pros:

i had to stay in hayward on business. Im picky and normally stay 5 star when traveling for leisure. if you have to be in hayward this hotel is clean and staff is friendly and bed is comfortable

Every time im in the area this is my go to. Staff is nice especially the over night person. I come in late so hes the one I talk to.

Pros:

The cleanliness of the hotel is great. I can bath and sleep knowing everything is clean. The staff is friendly and professional. It's a great location for me because my grandkids live on the around the corner.
I recommend Hampton Inn Hayward for your stay!

the worst place to stay. wish get a refund.

i did like the staff try to help. the breakfast was okay.

Cons:

it was very bad, room was dirty and trash leave behind from previous people. loud noise from street. not happy overall experience. i wish i can get a refund.
