Hotel good- booking.com you need to check your status to partner with this hotel group!!!!

We had a problem with checking in- but very helpful staff gave us options to assist.

Cons:

Booking.com, this is YOU, not the hotel- please note! The hotel had NO RESERVATION for us, as they said they do not deal with you. So how were we able to book this hotel on your website?????
Luckily, the hotel had rooms so we were able to check in as a non reserved guest. Not happy at all, please investigate!!!!

The amount of chlorine in the pool made us feel sick just from being in the room for a short time.
