A magical place to stay in Bethlehem. Good value for money.
I got that vintage-kind-of-feeling staying here as the hotel used to be a palace a 100+ years ago and it IS beautiful. My family and I had a great time here. Plus the people working here are all friendly and kind. They try their best to ensure their guests get good services. ;) ❤️
Despite a few problems my first day of arrival, the manager, Ahmad Al-Manawee went “over and beyond” to remedy the situation. He was extremely attentive to assure my visit was smooth for the remainder of my stay. I observed his behavior with other clients and he was amazing with his care and concern for all. The history of this remarkable building draws one into the story of Bethlehem and the magnetic pull of this Palestinian town and its incredible people. You will be pleased you chose to stay here.
First time to palestine. This visit to jacir Palace was so nice . This uniqe hotel was one of the chain of IHG group (intercontinental) hotel.
The staff is nice rooms are shyning and new

This was my first time in Bethlehem and in Jacir Palace Hotel but it will not be the last time! I came with my husband and my kids two days ago and today we checked out from the rooms
My husband works at a hotel and he always take us there and to other hotels too but the experience here was totally different, we had a great time! The kids were so happy. The rooms are clean and the mattress is comfortable.
Breakfast was very quantitative and tasty! The staff in the reception and the restaurant was really nice.
I’m pretty sure I’ll come back next summer ❤️❤️

We stayed here three nights and it was wonderful. The room was spacious and beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had all the amenities. We had breakfast here every morning and dinner one night and the buffet was delicious and extensive.
Very big hotel you easily get lost and it is tricky to go around the rooms are nice but looks old the food is not that good you find big variety but cheap room service also not good they miss the wake up call
My son and I stayed at Jafir Palace Hotel from 14-18th October.
We travelled from Italy in a group with other 33 people.
Our double room was on the 5th floor. It was very clean, very spacious. The bathroom beautiful.
Ahmed from the reception was so very genteel, very proactive in resolving requests. The Cook prepared extra for my son as we arrived late one night at dinner.
I highly recommend this hotel, and hope to stay there again in the future.
The building is very unique, but the service is very poor for five star rating.
We were visiting Bethlehem in September and unfortunately I had a fall outside the Jacir Palace Hotel. I cannot thank the staff highly enough for their kindness in looking after me, applying ice to my head and making sure that I rest. It went beyond the call of duty. Special thanks to Sultan for his kindness. Although I was unwell, I found the hotel, beautiful and splendid. A real oasis. If I travelled to Bethlehem again I would indeed want to stay there. Pleased to say that I am recovering well and now back in UK. Thank you to all the staff. Your kindness and hospitality will be remembered forever. Sue and Paul

Second visit and I was expecting something better. However, the breakfast experience was worse than ever. Massively overcrowded dining area with not a single piece of fresh fruit in sight. The breakfast food was truly awful. Bedroom ok, but no chair for the desk, no bathroom amenities, no DND sign for the door. Hopefully I can avoid this '5*' hotel in the future
We had asked the reception to clean the room twice, the first time they didn't clean it at all, the second time they cleaned the room imperfectly, they left dirty towels on the chair, didn't clean the floor, the sink. They even left the used Nescafe coffee bags in place, without replacing them with new ones.
There was no bottle of water at all, you have to call them and wait for at least 10-15 min, no coffee spoons, no prayer rug and no cigarettes ashtray.
We were surprised that the restaurant closes its doors in the face of guests, so we had to order lunch from a restaurant, and when they delivered the meal to the hotel the reception refused to receive the meal nor deliver it to us, and after I called them they agreed that one of the hotel staff would deliver this meal himself to the room after I myself gave her this solution. it took us 30 minutes to finish this discussion.
The night before, there was a similar case and the receptionist's behavior was very different from what happened to us. He told the guest that he would send a hotel staff member to the room. So why didn't this happen with us.
It took the receptionist about 40 minutes to deliver the meal to our room after I called them back, the food was cold already and taste bad.
We were disturbed by what we had seen, and more than that it was obvious that we complained and no one had followed any of them during our stay.
My wife was raving at how beautiful this place is, but I was unable to get connected to reservations and unable to speak to anybody at all. If the service was this horrible before I even stayed, how would it be after?
