Cons:

There were no restaurants available at the hotel, so I bought food from outside for my 75-year-old mother and me. However, the duty manager told us that outside food was not allowed in the hotel. As a result, I had no choice but to eat with my elderly mother beside the elevator door. This was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable, especially considering my mother’s age and the lack of any available dining option. 😡

إقامة مميزة وسوف تكرر كل مره نزور المدينة المنورة اسأل الله العودة

قربه من الحرم فهو مطل مباشرة على الحرم
ورحابة الموظفين والحرص على المساعدة وتقديم افضل ما لديهم لجعل النزيل مرتاح وبالاخص الاستاذ حسن (مدير العلاقات العامة ) عندما عرف اننا مستائين من صغر حجم غرفتنا عمل لنا اب جريد للغرفة واعطانا غرفة اكبر ومطلة على الحرم وحرص على راحتنا.
اشكر من القلب الطاقم الودود وربي يوفقكم ويزيد ملاك الفندق خير على خير ومشروكين معانا بالاجر والثواب لزيارة نبي الله (ص) عليه واله وسلم ان شاء الله
