The checkout process

Cons:

Rude check in process, ongoing maintenance with loud noise (no heads-up), terrible sound isolation, hotels corridors are kid’s areas!! , the cost doesn’t match the quality, poor facilities for breakfast

إقامة جيدة جداً، وترقى إلى ممتازة لولا الملاحظات المذكورة، ومن الممكن إعادة السكن في هذا الفندق.
Pros:

القرب من الحرم، وجود مطبخ صغير مميز ينقصه المكرويف، المطعم جميل والمأكولات لذيذة ومنوعة وموظفيه ابتسامتهم لا تفارق محياهم

Cons:

مرتبة السرير مستهلكة ولم تكن مريحة.
أيضاً وقت إقامتي كان هناك ترميمات حالت دون الاسفادة من كامل المصاعد، مما تسبب في الازدحام على مصعدين فقط.

Location is 100/10..nothing can beat this location.
Rooms are very good..i had a corner suite which was outstanding.

Renovations are going on whichdidnt affect me really but i should have been notified.

Pros:

Location was excellent

Cons:

There were only two elevators functioning, which caused significant delays throughout our stay. With all the ongoing construction work, I expected the room rates to be lower to reflect the inconvenience but it was not. Also there is no microwave in the kitchen
