We spent 4 nights and had a wonderful time at the resort and in Ischia in general! Loved the location. Hotel was very relaxing (although some nights we did hear the music from the lobby bar up in our room). The breakfast spread was amazing - from the "healthy" overnight oats to the delicious selection of house-made pastries! We dined at Indaco one night - food, wine, service and presentation was excellent - although the evening was a little drawn-out for our taste. Everyone who worked at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. We want to give an extra special shout-out to Ciro, who went above and beyond when he drove us back to the ferry and upon arriving at the port we discovered that our ferry time had been adjusted earlier so we missed it - he then drove us to a different port and literally carried our bags to the front of the line as it was boarding, and he talked to the ferry crew and was able to get us on that ferry so we didn't miss our flight home!
This is one of those unique places where, the moment you step into the lobby, you’re transported to a place of beauty. It has this magic glow, not from the building itself, of course, though it’s magnificent, like the SPA in its glorious past and wonderful treatments, but from the people who give it all their energy, respect for their craft, and attention to detail. You can feel it… it’s unique, it leaves no alternatives. We had a fantastic stay, and in fact liked it so much that after three nights, we’re returning on short notice to extend it by two more!! Thank you for making our summer stay so special.
The entire staff are amazing - Raffaele, Francesco, Giuseppe, Tomasso, Paolo, Vito, Julia, Gulia & Mariano – to name only a few of the great people that made our stay so memorable. This is an amazing property with views to die for and staff that really care. This was the highlight of our recent trip to Italy - so good we already booked a return trip.
Extraordinary hotel, even the pictures don’t do it justice. The food is excellent, for lunch, dinner and breakfast (as good as a breakfast buffet gets).
We stayed in the royal section, with perhaps the most beautiful view anywhere on the balcony. Loved the proper metal switches in the room which give a timeless expensive feel with no screens.
Housekeeping was exceptional, I noticed little things done that most hotels wouldn’t do, even at 5 star, such as wiping down the shower door down at turndown if it’s been used, versus just when the room is cleaned.
Grazie!
We totally enjoyed the hotel, the service by the staff was very attentive , thank you for the pick up a drop off at the ferry
The breakfast was amazing and the lunch buffet incredible
The pool and the beach areas were excellent
Thank you for a great weekend
Eleganza tradizione posizione
Piccole sbavature in reception
This hotel is the epitome of old school 5 star service.
It is evident from the second you walk in that they know what they are doing.
It’s hard to write a brief review for a stay so incredible and it would be safe to say, this was the best hotel service I’ve ever had.
The amenities are immaculate, the breakfast was sublime, staff always had a smile and nothing was too hard. Rooms turned over twice daily and the location was moments to the most beautiful village.
I’m not sure I could have found one tiny thing that wasn’t flawlessly executed!
And the night concierge Antonio was such a lovely guy!
The the hotel management, bravo on such a 6 star service experience
Everything was exquisite!
Didn’t have a lap pool.
We stayed for a week at the hotel. A wonderful experience. One of those rare hotels where everything just works. The setting is fabulous, rooms very stylish, the food is wonderful and the staff, without exception are outstanding - welcoming, warm and very efficient - with particular mentions for Cesare, Tomasso, Emanuela, Guiseppe, Benedicto, Nicola and Maitre Salvio. Highly recommended
The service was impeccable. The pool was heated for early June and you could lounge at the sea or the pool. Breakfast overlooked the sea with another beautiful view. Just a few steps from great shopping. I would splurge and stay here again.
this is a luxury hotel, the private little beach was lovely! the breakfast is the BEST hotel buffet breakfast I've ever had! the amenities in your room are such a lovely classic Italian hotel touch. I loved the slippers, natural sea sponge & the beach bag and little touches like that. A very peaceful and enjoyable stay!
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The rooms were luxuriously appointed with excellent bed, great bathroom, and perfect terrace with amazing views. We had a wonderful dinner at the hotels michelin star restaurant Indaco one night and enjoyed many delicious offerings at the breakfast buffet daily. The spa and pool were top notch in terms of facilities and service. We are already planning our return visit to the hotel.
One weak vacation with my wife. Extraordinary experience.Especially the personnell. Fantastic, warm, gentle, italian mood. Slavio, Michelangelo, Cristian at the restaurant, Paolo, Lino and Maurizio on the beach, Ciro, Vito and Raffaella at the Thermae, just to mention those I remember the name. The food is also extraordinary good. Cleaness everywhere.
Our party of six adults had an exceptionally wonderful stay at the beautiful Regina Isabella. We loved the spacious rooms, distinctive tiles throughout, proximity to the water, fabulous views, delicious food, and the very very kind and gracious staff, from David the manager to Raffaelle the concierge to everyone else we encoutered -- lifeguards, waiters, maids, spa employees, bar tenders, etc.
Beautiful property which makes most of the landscape
Remodeling some areas which is normal as properties upgrade
Every now and then, you stay at a hotel that epitomizes the best in hospitality and overall perfection. That hotel is Regina Isabella, from the front desk staff, concierges, housekeeping, shuttle drivers, restaurant staff, pool attendants and bellmen, everyone is excellent at their job. This is how a hotel should be run. Thank you to all who made my stay one of my most memorable trips.
Beautiful elegant, traditional hotel. Fantastic, kind staff. Raffaele the concierge especially fab. Beautiful setting & facilities & pool. Delicious breakfasts. Wonderful spa.
The restaurant manager at Sporting was a bit rude. The occasional construction noise. Dolce Vita restaurant being closed.
