Everything was exquisite!
Didn’t have a lap pool.
We stayed for a week at the hotel. A wonderful experience. One of those rare hotels where everything just works. The setting is fabulous, rooms very stylish, the food is wonderful and the staff, without exception are outstanding - welcoming, warm and very efficient - with particular mentions for Cesare, Tomasso, Emanuela, Guiseppe, Benedicto, Nicola and Maitre Salvio. Highly recommended
The service was impeccable. The pool was heated for early June and you could lounge at the sea or the pool. Breakfast overlooked the sea with another beautiful view. Just a few steps from great shopping. I would splurge and stay here again.
this is a luxury hotel, the private little beach was lovely! the breakfast is the BEST hotel buffet breakfast I've ever had! the amenities in your room are such a lovely classic Italian hotel touch. I loved the slippers, natural sea sponge & the beach bag and little touches like that. A very peaceful and enjoyable stay!
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The rooms were luxuriously appointed with excellent bed, great bathroom, and perfect terrace with amazing views. We had a wonderful dinner at the hotels michelin star restaurant Indaco one night and enjoyed many delicious offerings at the breakfast buffet daily. The spa and pool were top notch in terms of facilities and service. We are already planning our return visit to the hotel.
One weak vacation with my wife. Extraordinary experience.Especially the personnell. Fantastic, warm, gentle, italian mood. Slavio, Michelangelo, Cristian at the restaurant, Paolo, Lino and Maurizio on the beach, Ciro, Vito and Raffaella at the Thermae, just to mention those I remember the name. The food is also extraordinary good. Cleaness everywhere.
Our party of six adults had an exceptionally wonderful stay at the beautiful Regina Isabella. We loved the spacious rooms, distinctive tiles throughout, proximity to the water, fabulous views, delicious food, and the very very kind and gracious staff, from David the manager to Raffaelle the concierge to everyone else we encoutered -- lifeguards, waiters, maids, spa employees, bar tenders, etc.
Beautiful property which makes most of the landscape
Remodeling some areas which is normal as properties upgrade
Every now and then, you stay at a hotel that epitomizes the best in hospitality and overall perfection. That hotel is Regina Isabella, from the front desk staff, concierges, housekeeping, shuttle drivers, restaurant staff, pool attendants and bellmen, everyone is excellent at their job. This is how a hotel should be run. Thank you to all who made my stay one of my most memorable trips.
Beautiful elegant, traditional hotel. Fantastic, kind staff. Raffaele the concierge especially fab. Beautiful setting & facilities & pool. Delicious breakfasts. Wonderful spa.
The restaurant manager at Sporting was a bit rude. The occasional construction noise. Dolce Vita restaurant being closed.
Puro lusso
Nulla
Regina Isabella was truly one of the most beautiful hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
The service is absolutely exceptional - classic old-school luxury hospitality that is becoming very rare nowadays. Towels changed several times a day, two different bathrobes in the room (a warm one and a light linen one), separate slippers for the beach and for the room, attentive staff helping with luggage, beach towels always prepared for you at the sunbeds… every small detail makes you feel genuinely cared for.
The heated outdoor seawater pool was an absolute dream, especially in spring mornings. The massages at the spa were excellent as well.
Breakfast was wonderful, with impeccable service and incredibly warm, friendly staff throughout the hotel. Everyone was welcoming, elegant and genuinely attentive.
We also had dinner at Indaco, their Michelin-starred restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience.
One of the things I loved most was the private beach atmosphere - peaceful, secluded, away from the crowds. The entire hotel makes you feel calm, protected and quietly luxurious without being flashy.
A truly special place with timeless charm. We already miss it very much.
I had a massage at the spa at Regina Isabella in Lacco Ameno and r he masseuse was very inappropriate with me and kept touching me very inappropriately. Please avoid this spa!
Everything
We enjoyed the hotel and its history. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast location was amazing with a beautiful sunrise over the sea.
The early morning bins.
Wow! The staff, all about details, making sure you are happy. Salvio Di Scala and Raffaele at front desk, real professionnels
By the water, quiet, quick walk to main street, the food, the staff
