Will return and would recommend hightly.
Pros:

I love the gorgeous, cosy reception rooms with blazing fire - so welcoming. The bar serves a lovely menu and is also super welcoming. Staff are exceptional and accommodating. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was updated with lovely decor.

A super hotel, brilliant, attentive staff, very central location is definitely a place to book again
Pros:

I cannot express my thanks and gratitude to all the staff as I became unwell during my stay - the response from all staff and consideration was so lovely - thankyou so much
Our room was superb, the bedding exceptional - the breakfast menu was spot on - staff were just lovely and attentive
We will definitely book again as I have family near Ennis and will highly recommend the hotel
Once again thankyou so much to all of you

It was ok.
Pros:

Beautifully decorated old charm. Easy walk from train station. Very close to town center. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

Lift was not working. Difficult getting luggage to room. Front desk said it was three steps to our room. Nope. It was up three short flights and down one flight. Luckily a maid helped us. Shower was difficult to get in and out of.

We loved our two night stay in Old Ground Hotel, Ennis and Co. Clare. Thank you everyone.
Pros:

We found the staff very helpful and friendly. We had a problem in our first room and we were moved immediately. Room was comfortable, breakfast was lovely and the Town Hall restaurant was a lovely experience.

Cons:

Improvement in TV channels.
