В целом понравилось все. Расположение отеля шикарное, рядом море, набережная, все магазины, каньоны, рестораны. Хороший просторный номер с отличной шумоизоляцией, большая кровать и достаточно большой диван-кровать для ребенка. Вкусная еда, не супер разнообразная, но в целом хорошо, голодными не остались, брали полный пансион (мне кажется, что можно было бы добавить разнообразие сыров и рыбы на завтрак); были вкусные десерты на ужин (правда немного странно, что в обед и особенно на ужин нет возможности попить чай или кофе, кофемашина закрыта, наборы с чаем спрятаны, горячей воды нет....хотя если есть десерты, то куда приятнее запивать их чаем или кофе, а не газировкой или водой); бар у бассейна бесплатный, что тоже порадовало. Отдельное спасибо администратору Тому за раннее вселение, очень ответственный, исполнительный и внимательный. Понравилась прекрасная терасса у отеля с видом на залив, если бы добавили там подсветку, то была бы шикарная локация для фотографий в вечерние часы.

Cons:

Очень шумный кондиционер в номере.
Может и мелочь, но неудобные подушки, что сильно влияет на качество сна вместе с шумом от кондиционера. Была также крайне неприятно удивлена, когда заметила, что после уборки влажные уже бывшие в использовании полотенца не заменили на чистые, а просто сложили и положили на место чистых. Я их конечно собрала и пошла менять самостоятельно, но сам факт...это за пределами моего понимания.
Для дизайнеров, кто придумал стеклянные двери в уборной должны быть отдельные котлы в аду😄😄😄!
Отель явно экономит на мыле-шампунях-лосьонах...тапочек, халатов тоже нет...как бы за 565долларов за ночь можно было бы и позволить постояльцам такую роскошь😄 печаль-беда с парковкой у отеля, ее практически нет.
Безумно холодная вода в бассейне как для детей, так и для взрослых.

מלון באווירה רגועה, הכל קרוב ולא חסר שום דבר, חדר משופץ ונקי. אוכל מעולה.

Cons:

מעליות איטיות, ארוחת שישי קצת איכזבה והיה עומס מטורף היו צריכים להאריך את הזמן או לחלק אותו. בשישי שבת היה מזגן מוגזם בלובי. קצת יותר לגוון בקינוחים. המים במקלחת פעם רותח פעם קר.
